What happened friday - On rigis and Kelly?

PrairieMom replied: She basically said that he had horrible manners and that he put his hands over someone's mouth to shut them up? maybe hers? I don't know for sure. She told Regis taht she thought had Clay been hosting with Regis, that never would have happened.

1lilpeanut2love replied: Kelly was asking one of the guests lots of questions and Clay ) couldn't get a word in edge wise. He decides he will cover her mouth for a second with his hand. She got upset and said she didn't know where his hand had been. OMG. Ewwwhh! LOL!

I am a germ freak, and don't even allow my kids to touch my mouth. Let alone a virtual stranger.

She basically publically bad-mouthed him for 5 min on national TV tho. Good grief. I wonder what something like that would do to a person's reputation. I wonder he will issue a statement.

Nina J replied: It would freak me out if someone I didn't know put there hand on my mouth..but since your mouth is the dirtiest place on you body, Clay probably got more germs on his hand than she did on her mouth..

hawkshoe replied: I was watching the show but missed the part where he put his hand on her mouth. I did think they got off to a bad start. The opening dialog seemed to be a bit tense with Kelly and him exchanging words that I didn't think were really kind. It just had a bad vibe to it. Not really sure what it was all about.

I noticed that too. It was like they were joking, but not really, ya know? Initially when she was complaining, I thought she was complaining about THAT.

Kaitlin'smom replied: grow up Kelly it not YOUR show your a co-host. sure he should not have done that but come on let it go, you made your statement now move on. I hope Clay used some hand sanitizer after that. Sounds like they just did not get along at all. I wish I had seen it.

punkeemunkee'smom replied: Sorry guys I have to side with Kelly on this one! I would freak out on anyone who covered my mouth with their hand...It is disgusting. I heard her on the View this morning and she said that Clay had been shaking hands with the audience before the show and that there was no time to wash hands before the show-She said and ITA that it is flu season and germs were one of her concerns...But she also stated that she was so upset because NOBODY has the right to do that! Besides the lack of common sense it shows, it is just plain GROSS!!!!
