What do you want for - Christmas??

mckayleesmom wrote: I just want some things for the house
a camcorder or smaller digital camera
hair straightener

Dh wants us to get scuba diving lessons.....but I kind of prefer to not waste my money being devowered by sharks.

holley79 replied: SCUBA lessons are a wonderful couple gift. Especially here in NWFL.

I want a new digital camera.
I want money to go play Bingo. emlaugh.gif

MyLuvBugs replied: Really the only thing I want more than anything is for DH to get a job that he really wants and likes..... sleep.gif

But after that.......a new digital scale for the bathroom, New pots and Pans for my kitchen, and "the Pirate Movie" on DVD.........Nothing too major. blush.gif biggrin.gif

luvbug00 replied:

Spit out my bright red Kool AId!!!!!!!!! emlaugh.gif rolling_smile.gif

I just want to get a nice little love note or something. blush.gif

lisar replied: I want some money to go buy ME something with. And for ME not to accidentally spend it on the kids. I am so bad about that. I get money and go buy the kids something instead of myself. I am trying to stop that.

cameragirl21 replied: ok, here's what i want.... every year i take my godson to Santa's Enchanged Forest on Christmas Eve, then we all go to bed in our separate homes and i come back to his house on Christmas Day.
so...i want to go to bed after going to the forest like normal, and then to wake up on Christmas morning and suddenly find myself to be 20 pounds thinner. and then to go to my gs's house, be able to eat Cuban fried bananas, which are totally delicious, and still be 20 lbs thinner, or better yet, to lose a few more lbs after eating the fried bananas.
that's all i want, really. happy.gif

coasterqueen replied: tongue.gif Jennifer, you crack me up! rolling_smile.gif I think there are several of us who would like that. emlaugh.gif

I don't really want anything per se. I mean, there's always something I "want", but don't really need. happy.gif Honestly I'd like to be at my ultimate weight goal by then so I can go get a new wardrobe, but it's not going to happen no matter what unfortunately.

Dh and I are wanting a convection oven
I would like some comfy pj's (pant kinds). I have several gowns already.

I really can't think of anything else at the moment. blush.gif

gr33n3y3z replied: a jacket and some RPG's would be great

mom21kid2dogs replied: A Cricut diecutting system~so not gonna happen but a girl can dream, can't she?

Ellie replied: I want a new laptop and a butterfly necklace from tiffany.

I'll probably get perfume.

kimberley replied: all i really want is my family around and for it to be a happy holidays for everyone.

ediep replied: easy labor and a healthy baby wub.gif

gr33n3y3z replied:

moped replied: Just a nice holiday season with my family. I have a birthday in November as well, so I want nothing material, just to be happy etc.

Its all about Jack this year

My2Beauties replied: I want a new warmer jacket (the one I have is totally just for fashion and I thought it was cute, I might as well be wearing just a turtleneck, it sucks)!

I also want a stepping stool for when I get big and fat with this baby so I can get up on my bed (it sits really really high) laugh.gif

Other than that, I just want the kids to have a wonderful Christmas, it will probably be a little tight this year for us!

hawkshoe replied: I am going away with a girlfriend in January (for her 40th birthday), so basically this is my Christmas gift. If I could get something else, I would like a new MP3 player and some clothes.

TANNER'S MOM replied: I want clothes.. and more clothes..

From the kids I want love..and more love..

Our Lil' Family replied: Well I told DH he was off the hook for Christmas because I'm surprising him with a weekend away in a treehouse! So that will be for both of us...lucky him, he doesn't have to shop for me!

But I do want cash for my birthday next month so I can buy a new digital camera. One of the QVC type channels had a 7 megapixel one for $198 and it's the size of a credit card....I WANT IT! Oh and I want a chi flat iron.

Hillbilly Housewife replied: Hmmm...i want dh to take the kids out of my hair for 24 hours so that I can pamper myself in my own house instead of having to go to a spa and spend hundreds of dollars... laugh.gif

I'd also like to go to Montreal and get that expensive hair treatment that straightens your hair for a couple months... it's about 200 months and lasts about 5 months. So totally worth it for me. biggrin.gif

I had my new fridge and stove delivered last friday - and early christmas present..

I also got a pair of almost knee high brown suede boots, also an early Christmas present

I'd like someone to pay for my Dr Bernstein Diet... it's about 150$ a week and I can lose up to 17 pounds in a week. If nobody's paying for me... I'll pay it for myself. woohoo.gif The joys of working because you want to and not because you have to...

CantWait replied: Money for a new tattoo
Fondue pot (my friend already got this for me)
Roller Blades.

CantWait replied: Oh also anything from Rafters or Panhandlers.

Calimama replied: Clothes and stuff for the house! I love decorating. wub.gif

Maddie&EthansMom replied: I'm like a kid...I want everything I see. tongue.gif

I need new pots and pans...a really good set. I love to cook so they would get lots of use. biggrin.gif

I want some Uggs. Totally selfish and unnecessary. cool.gif

I want a new monitor for my computer.

I want new clothes, but I want to wait until the weight is off. wink.gif

My friend is getting this done. (not in Montreal, though emlaugh.gif ) Her husband 'bought' it for her for her birthday. I guess she got a gift card to the place that does it. Anyway, she said it is $600 initially and $200 every 6 months to get the roots touched up. Considering that is about how much it costs to get your hair highlighted and cut every few months I didn't think it was that bad. tongue.gif

C&K*s Mommie replied: I want a lightning fast washer and dryer, one that will wash and dry a load of clothes in 3min or less. thumb.gif

But since that has not been invented, and may not be on the horizen of ne inventions for my lifetime, I will gladly take spending great QT with family and friends over anything else.

Hillbilly Housewife replied:
It's not that bad if you're used to getting your hair highlighted and cut... I cut my own, about once a year... less even...the last time I cut it myself was about 3 years ago, and I had it cut last september... and I do my own dye jobs, though I haven't dyed it in a year.

tongue.gif

So For someone who usually spends 50$ or less on hair stuff... it's a lot. tongue.gif

Maddie&EthansMom replied:
Well, see that's how she justified it though. She doesn't get her hair done very often. laugh.gif So, there's your excuse to get it done. thumb.gif

coasterqueen replied:
No but they have invented a washer and dryer that's all in one, so you don't have to take the clothes out of the wash and put it in the dryer. Will that do? If so I'll tell Santa for ya. tongue.gif

mom2my2cuties replied: I get Mikee for Christmas

So that is enough for me - but I think I will probably also end up with the customary bottle of my favorite perfume.

This year, Christmas will DEFINATELY be all about the kids!

Cece00 replied: I'd like some GC for new clothes...not much fits me since I had the baby & unfortunetly I'm being a slacker about losing some weight dry.gif

And probably some stuff for our new house...we're closing in the next 2 weeks but it might be January before we move.

CantWait replied:
Is this the good news Tish. Do you get him for good? bawling.gif I'm so happy for you. hug.gif hug.gif

mom2my2cuties replied: Well I should be - but either way - he will DEFINATELY be here for Christmas.

C&K*s Mommie replied: congrats Tish!
