What did everyone do this weekend??

1lilpeanut2love wrote: Friday, well let's see!! We just went grocery shopping. Saturday, we got up early and went to the zoo. We had a nice and longggggg day there. Kaylee liked it--I guess!! LOL! She liked the farm animals that they had there the best. We had fun. Today, we went to my MIL. We hung out there for a while. MIL and her fiance made us dinner. Yes, she is getting married for the 3rd time. Hope it works out for her. Their new family will be like the Brady Bunch except with 1 less boy!

ETA: We came home Saturday night to NO water. Sunday someone came out---long story short--there was a snake wrapped around the well pump in the well house it hit the water switch. UUGGGGHH! Very Scary. It's still in there! I won't even take Kaylee outside!

Let's see. Friday afternoon I mowed the entire yard, a nice 3.5 hours of FUN work. Not! Then I picked up around the house and started dinner. Then picked up the girls. After dinner Kylie and I went into town to the movie store.

Saturday I let Dh sleep in and the girls destroyed the house while I tried to clean it up. Then we went to ballet. After ballet, Dh took the girls out to his dad's and I went to get my hair done. Hair thing turned into a disaster. Dh and I went out looking at plants/bushes, etc before we went to pick up the girls. We picked up the girls, but Kylie decided to spend the night. Dh, Megan and I went to dinner, came home and cut down the dead on the rose bushes, watered plants, bushes, and that was about it.

Sunday, today, Dh let me sleep in . Then we cleaned the office, went out looking at lighting for the deck. Dh didn't like the old lighting . Then we picked up Kylie. Got home, planted some bushes, plants, dug up and replanted some, watered, weeded, worked a bit in the yard, cleaned up the deck, washed some windows and sills, picked up around the house, etc, etc. Now i'm sitting here. I'm pooped!

Oh and we found time to play and be silly as much as we wanted as well this weekend.

redchief replied: I chased the college kid around the state. I answered four fire calls. I finished (mostly) putting my computer back together after last week's boot drive catastrophe.

MomToJade&Jordan replied: I packed. Not so fun, but got most of it done so I'm happy. Just have to pack what's left of Jade's toys and the linens on Friday morning.

Our Lil' Family replied: DH and I went to Houston for our 5th Anniversary! Had a FANTASTIC dinner Fri. night, saw the Astros get creamed Sat. night. It was a GREAT weekend away.

kit_kats_mom replied: Friday night I spent at the peds because Lauren woke up from nap with a high fever and panting. Survey says....virus

Saturday I woke up with a stiff neck, took a muscle relaxer and a pain killer and slept all flipping day.

Today I felt better. I got up and painted four doors, finished painting the trim in the kitchen, got the rest of the blasted wallpaper border down in the bathroom and painted that too.

mummy2girls replied: Saturday.. spent it in doors for the most part because it was chilly!

Sunday... we went to feed the ducks, geese. and then to grandmas

tomorrow... not sure yet:)

My3LilMonkeys replied: Friday night I just hung out, DH was working and the girls went camping with my the IL's (16 people total, plus my 2).

Saturday DH & I drove down to the campground. It was Bingomania (yep we are a dorky bingo lovin' family ) so we had some family time and played lots of bingo (DH won the $250.00 jackpot ). We also celebrated Madison's birthday, complete with a visit from Yogi Bear (it was a Yogi campground) who she adored.

Today DH went to Atlantic City on a bus trip with his buddies, I stayed home with the girls. We watched Madigascar 3 times, went grocery shopping and Madison spread blocks from one end of the house to the other.

All in all it was a good weekend!

3xsthefun replied: Saturday, I just done some cleaning, and DH mowed the yard and got it all cleaned up.

Yesterday, we went to the inlaws house. They had some friends they came in from Maryland to see them. We also had lunch with them and after that headed on. On the way home DH had to respond to a fire call. So the girls and I dropped him off and headed home. After he got back home I cleaned my car out. I also went and bought some new flowers for my flower bed.

Sarah&Mackenzie replied: Friday night we went out to dinner for my Grandadaddy's birthday.

Saturday morning went grocery shopping then went to a wedding in the afternoon. Then went and at pizza with my mom & dad.

Sunday we went to the dairy farm in Indiana.

lisar replied: Well Friday night I sat on the sofa and did nothing. Saturday night I went out with my best friend and we had a blast. Sunday was my Best Friends lil girls b-day party so we were at her house all day in the pool. It was a good weekend.

Friday night - I had a girl's night out, got dressed up and went to dinner with a couple mom friends! I even drank a virgin margarita! Fun!

Saturday - My friends gave me a GC to a spa for my shower, so I went and had a prenatal massage! DH cleaned out the garage and built us a shoe-rack. I napped a little, made dinner and went grocery shopping with DH's help.

Sunday - I had a baby shower brunch to go to. Again, it was fun to be with just women, no kids. After that, DH picked me up and we went to the hospital for a tour. I napped a bit when we got home, then I got a burst of energy (nesting) and cleaned house, made a roast, baked cookies and washed clothes!! And then watched Sopranos and Desp Housewives! I slept in until almost 8am this morning!

C&K*s Mommie replied: Fri- Chris and I watched Saw II after the kiddos were in bed.
Sat- nothing I halfway expected my father to come by, so I stuck around the house all day. The girls and I had a good time playing outside. Chris went out that night, so after the girls were in bed I watched my favorite movie The Notebook
Sun- Chris told me to enjoy a day out by myself. So I went out and enjoyed myself alone. Came home mowed our lawn, and our neighbors, while Chris took the girls to a friends house, and we cleaned our neighbors fish tank later on.

ashtonsmama replied: Spent alot of time in the ER, taking care of DH, trying to get A to sleep...went to see DaVinci Code...went to church, it was Youth Sunday, they did a good job...
Other than that? It went by so fast.
