Mine are going as Jason from Friday the 13th and Michael Myers from Halloween movies. Gone are the days of nice normal costumes now i'm subjected to fake knives with fake blood. UGH I guess that is Halloween though!!

Boys r us replied: we got braedon this horse costume, he puts his legs down in the back legs of the horse and then the rest of the horse is up around his waist and there are suspenders on the front of the horse that go over his shoulders to hold the horses front legs and head up, basically it looks like he's sitting on the horse, so we're dressing him up as a cowboy.


Tanner..we don't know yet, he's a bit indecisive!

The oldest who is 14, is going to a party and is to big for Halloween. Yuck Yuck

Then my other 3 are being boxes of popcorn.
Homemade but easy. Made from card board boxes painted red and white like movie popcorn. Head hole and arm holes cut out and popcorn hot glued to the top of the box like it is coming out of the box.


Small Medium and Large.

What do u guys think of my idea. My oldest said mom, you not what I am doing for Halloween? I said what? SHe said NOT being Popcorn and walked off, Teenagers!!!!!!

favre4fan replied: THAT IS A GREAT IDEA. It was probably least expensive too. I only bought the boys the masks and fake knives I told them we could put fake blood on some really old clothes and tear them up a bit. They wanted 25.00 for some flimsy shirt. No thanks!!

Sunflower04 replied: My son is going to be Brett Favre from the Green Bay Packers... It is funny though because I got him a kids small since they didn't have toddler sizes and the hemlet is huge. My Dh and I can both fit it.

Ashley was going to be an Angel/Fairy princess but the costume didn't fit her.
So, we took her shopping and she picked out Cinderella. It looks so cute on her, I can't wait! I love the way she says "Cinderella" if you ask her what she is going to be for Halloween.

I'm a Vikings fan. There's no green & yellow (Packers) fans in our house, LOL!

favre4fan replied: Tee Hee!! My friend is a big Vikings fan. They are doing better than the Pack this year!! I can't wait till this weekend all our neighbors are Cowboys fans(since I live in Dallas I am asking for it) so we are having a cookout.

JenniferAllen replied: Matthew got his first Halloween costum from his Bubbie (Jewish for Grandma), and she picked out Tigger. I'm going to snap some pics of him in it, but haven't decided whether he's going to stay in it, or going to be something else. I found a cute police officer one at Target (husband works for Dept of Corrections), so I was going to tweak the costume to fit his job. We'll see what happens.

Matthew wants to be James Bond so we are going to get him a black suit from the Goodwill and a badge that says 007. We told him he couldn't carry a gun around because no one would give him any candy if he did. He may still change his mind.

ediep replied: Jason is a beagle puppy. We just got home for a halloween party at our Jumping Jacks and Jills class (its like mommy and me)

He didn't really like the hood of the costume, but it was very cute!

I love the popcorn costume!

We are taking the troop to play Bingo with the senior citizens at a nursing home. I can't wait to see the girls all dressed up!!! Brian is going to be a Power Ranger...no big surprise there!! He also looks adorable in his costume!

I love the store bought costumes but my mom made all of mine and it was so special to me...until I started middle school, then it wasn't so cool! LOL
