jacobsmama wrote: My mother is taking Jacob to a basketball game for local high school tomm, so DH and I are going to a movie! woo hoo and then I think I may sleep in saturday since Jacob is staying the night with my mom too! But then we are going to be working on drywalling our upstairs wacko.gif Not fun..

What are you all doing? tongue.gif

Hope everyone has a great weekend. thumb.gif

mckayleesmom replied: I am doing alot of ....NOTHING.... laugh.gif DH is out of town and I don't dare drag the kids anywhere unless I have to.... biggrin.gif . Maybe walk to the park up the road and let Mckaylee burn off some energy....and Russell too...if he cooperates and wears his shoes.

luvmykids replied:
Ditto. Actually we're making dinner for my parents and taking it to their house tomorrow night, so that'll take up an evening that I would otherwise be home thinking "Man, it's Friday night and I'm watching my DVR." Saturday we may go get haircuts, if the weathers nice maybe the zoo. Sunday church. Thats it.

Enjoy your movie and you're sleep! What are you guys gonna see?

jacobsmama replied: I'm not sure yet, Don't even know what is out because I'm that far behind on everything...what do you guys recommend? Anyone see anytihng good lately?

C&K*s Mommie replied: I have no plans either. The weather is supposed to be rainy, so more reason no to drag the kids out. Chris' friend is supposed to come to town for the Mardi Gras party at our beach, if that is the case- I will be doing some good cleaning come Fri/Sat.

My3LilMonkeys replied: Not much! I'm hoping to take a few hours Sat. to work on potty training with Brooke some more. Other than a little grocery shopping and a NASCAR race to watch on Sunday that's it.

C&K*s Mommie replied: I am not even sure myself. I have not heard of any good movies lately. But I am curious to know what others think is worthwhile to see.

Insanemomof3 replied: Well, I am of course working. sleep.gif I work every weekend now it seems. bawling.gif Oh well, at least I am out of the house. rolleyes.gif

kit_kats_mom replied: Busch Gardens Saturday morning, woohoo.gif home for lunch then I have to work in the afternoon. I've got auditors coming out of my ears (yes, it is painful laugh.gif ) so I have to have some kid free time to respond to them and their silly questions. writing.gif I figure DH will either paint with them or take them to the playground. swinging.gif

Sunday, I hope to finish painting the living room and pick out a color for K's room. She said pink and purple and she'd been sticking to that but when we went to the paint store on Tuesday she said she wanted blue silly.gif , then yellow banghead.gif . Done! her room is already yellow. happy.gif Not really, I need to pick a color so I can paint her room next week.

PrairieMom replied: Saturday we are doing our taxes. woohoo.gif rolleyes.gif
then that night I have to get all dressed up because DH has an awards ceremony / dinner thing that I have to go to. dry.gif I hate those things. i don't do well mingiling with people I don't know.
Sunday it will just be church. and we will be dog sitting for my friend the whole time.

Momof3inMe replied: A good friend of mine is here from Mass until tomorrow so today we are doing things the kids want to do then the boys are off to dads for the weekend and she and I are going shopping tomorrow with no kids!!! I don't know the last time I went shopping with no kids!!!

MamaJAM replied: Tonight - Fri - is "Teacher Shabbat" at our synagogue where they honor all of the Hebrew school teachers - DH is one of them, so we'll all be there. The choir is also singing at the service -- DD#3 is in the choir.
Tomorrow - Sat - we'll go to services the relax for the afternoon.
Sunday - FIL might be going to a train show and will take DS#1 with him if he goes. DD#3 has a b-day party to go to in the afternoon....and choir in the morning. If the other girls don't have much homework - maybe I'll bring them along when I take DD#3 to her party - it's at a bowling alley - and get them their own lane.

aspenblue1 replied: We are having Kyrsten's baptism this weekend.

booey2 replied: Tonight the kids and I are cleaning up the messes they made in the basement and baking cupcakes for tommorow. DH is going out to a lacross game to see "The Rock" local lacross team. Tommorow, I am up earlly grocery shopping (supposed to do it tonight but refuse to drag along two kids), then Matthew had piano, then more cleaning and setting up extra beds, my sister and her hubby and 4 kids are coming up for a sleep over. banana2.gif My mom and her BF is coming up and the adults are all going out for dinner while my niece babysits the boys - pthhh.gif 5 under the age of 7. It is my little sister's 35th birthday beer.gif drink.gif (not water this time) today and they are coming here to celebrate party.gif it tommorow as long as the weather holds. That is why we are making cupcakes tonight, I like that better then cake because I know they we all get eaten or I can send some home with my family, as for cake I ususally end up with a bunch left over and I end up eating it and I am not a big cake fan. Then hopefully Sunday we will get up and a few of us will go to Church, then once the company is gone we will have to clean the house again. silly.gif

3xsthefun replied: I'm not sure probably not much. We had a babysitter last Friday.

Rob, usually works half a day on Saturdays. I'm going try and get caught up on some house cleaning.

Sunday we will be watching Nascar, not sure if we will stay home or go over to my parents house.

MamaJAM replied:
Congrats! baby.gif thumb.gif

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Workin' dry.gif

coasterqueen replied: Well I have the afternoon off and was planning on cleaning the house since the cleaning lady isn't ever going to do it emlaugh.gif . Where is she BTW? laugh.gif Anyways, and then I was going to drop some stuff off at the consignment shop....BUT since my DEAR DEAR husband didn't put the new car seats in the car correctly I have to try to find somewhere to have them checked, which means picking up the kids early from the sitter and convincing them to sit quietly while it takes the car seat tech HOURS to do an inspection. wacko.gif blink.gif wacko.gif Then I will have to take Kylie to BRU to take back the other car seat that we got for DH's car because she hates it and convince her to pick the one she wants. banghead.gif Then get us back home, get Kylie packed and ready by the time DH gets home so we can take her to my sister's house for a sleep over. Kylie's been begging to stay with her and sis finally agreed. SO since it's "dinner out night" Ryan, Megan and I will go out to dinner, but a little later than usual. I really hope Megan cooperates. Oh and I have to find time to work out tonight because I took last night off thinking today was an easier day to workout. rolleyes.gif

Tomorrow: Clean house, get more stuff for Megan's birthday party, take stuff to consignment shop, get pair of tennishoes and the rest of the time just have fun around the house. Oh and we'll probably go to the Library to pick out books since we didn't get to do that last week. That's our weekly thing Kylie and I do now.

Sunday: Church, veg, veg and destroy the house I'm sure. Work out.

salmndr007 replied: Jess and I are planning a huge home renovation this weekend. Well, the first part of it anyway. We are planning on cleaning up the house, and painting two rooms. Then hopefully we can finish getting the rest of the house painted (we are going to sell and hopefully move to Italy), fix the glass on the back door (i broke the outside paine when I was cutting grass mad.gif ), patch the little hole in the ceiling and do the landscaping and leveling in the back yard....sounds like a fun weekend.

jcc64 replied: Sat- baseball clinics and try-out for the boys, followed by homework he#* with Noah, who has 2 big reports due on Mon.
Sun- skiing with Corey for the 1st time!!! followed by massive mountains of laundry.

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Not much and I LOVE IT! We had FIL here all last week, so it's nice having DH and Wil all to myself this weekend with no plans. DH is snowboarding today with work (nice boss huh?) and I imagine we will re-paint Wil's bedroom to get rid of the awful orange we painted a couple weekends ago. If the weather is nice, I hope we get outside! smile.gif
