What a rip-off!!!

5littleladies wrote: I was thinking about taking the girls to see The Polar Bear Express at the Imax theatre at our zoo-it is showing in 3D and I though that would be a neat way to see it. Well I just checked and tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for kids!! For the 5 of us to go it would cost over $60!! I'm thinking I'll save some money and take them to a regular old matinee somewhere.

Wow! Especially since some of those kids might fall asleep during the movie anyway! I hate paying so much for tickets so I have to go to the mantinee.

smullin replied: If you lived by me I would give you discount tickets. It is an outrageous price they charge. Our company gets a discount at the one by us so I go with my nephews sometimes.

redchief replied: I just spent $40.00 each for 9 tickets to Trans Siberian Orchestra in Philly. I refuse to do the math to see what I'm out right now.

favre4fan replied: GEEZ that is nuts!! When we go to the movies we will buy 1 drink a popcorn and i sneak candy and a bottled water in my purse the prices are ridiculous!!

My2Beauties replied: Gosh, they should be ashamed chargin those sorts of prices. This is why Brian and I never go to the movies! It's almost $9 per person to go at night!
