What a day.. had to terminate

The mom spewed off alot of negative stuff to me and was mad that i got upset when her 4 year old says sex me up around teh other kids. And then she was mad i wouldnt let the kids play spy under the balnakets even though they run around with it on thier head and knock things off of my shelves and tables and knock over everything and even the kids. Im sorry if i rather everyone be safe! and then alot of other things she was mad about. So i wrote up a termination letter and form for her to sign. she has until dec 31st to find alternative care! plus what got me is this.. she says.. well ill wait and see about my new job and then decide if im taking them out of your care. YEah NO! ill decide that one thank you very much! and then she even told me that i will have to open my dayhome earlier then i usually do.. again no! ebvery night im so stressed by what the kids do and say that i had enough!

good note... i had so far 2 families call about my dayhome and a few emailed me:) so i know i wont be left with 3 open spots! i have 2 interviews this sunday!

CantWait replied: hahahaha Ok whatever. If she wants to take her kids out of your care she has to give you a month's notice. I'm shocked you're giving her till the end of December, I thought you only had to give 2 weeks.

Boo&BugsMom replied: Sounds like the whole family is PITA! Good riddance to the child and the mom! I can't believe she thought she could still come even though you terminated her. What a wackjob! What would get me most upset is that she seems to have no respect for your rules and home. I don't tolerate that. Rules are rules no matter what. There is always an explanation for each one. I think you were wise in kicking her to the curb. Nuts!!!

redchief replied: This just confirms what I already thought. The mother is the biggest problem with these kids. I can only hope that karma is real and no one will take her little monsters. It would be right and just if she had to deal with them all day on a daily basis.

mom2my2cuties replied: Holy Cripes - It sounds like the mom is the root of the problems with this kid. What mom thinks it is OK for her kids to destroy other's belongings as well as say things like that! Sheesh!!!! Make sure you say something to the agency about this so other providers can be forwarned.

I really hope those spots fill very quickly for you!
