What Phone - Getting New phone which do u like more

amynicole21 replied: I just got a Pearl and I really like it. The Curve was too big and bulky for my tastes. You do have to get used to the double letter keyboard, but it's not like you have to double tap to choose the correct letters or anything - you just have to move the trackball a little to choose. I love how tiny it is, too... but I find it a little difficult talking on the phone without the headset because it is so small and the microphone and speaker are teensie tiny and sometimes I can't get it right over my ear to hear anything

Hillbilly Housewife replied: DH and I both have a blackberry pearl. I hate that I had to get the data plan, since I don't relaly use ay of the features it enables... but since dh's phone was an upgrade rather than outright purchase, he didn't have to get the data plan. We got them to take the data plen off my contract and put it on his instead, since he uses the features.

I LOVE it.

Our Lil' Family replied: I need to make this decision soon too. I won't be getting an iphone but have been looking into the Blackberrys.
ETA: How does everyone feel about refurb phones? There is a significant savings on those but I'm leary....???

Mine is refurbed and works great. I think they have to do so much testing to make sure it is in good condition that it's pretty certain it will work.

I don't have a data plan right now, but will get texting which is only $5 more a month on my next cycle. If I got an online pkg it would only be $10. Really not too bad.

I read some reviwes on the Iphone and I won't be getting that. i used my friends blackberry older one that is similar to the pearl and hated it since I couldnt figure out what I was doing on it right away. Im prolly gonna go with the curve and just upgrade my plan so its not to much lol.
