We're supposed to get 3 inches of snow today

MoonMama replied: I hear ya! I want a white Christmas too. We are supposed to get snow here tonight too, its supposed to start around midnight.

Braedin was born during a fairly bad snow storm last year. And I'm dying to show him some good ol' snow.

I don't know if we've had a "good" storm in the 3 years Logan's been alive. I miss the ones we had when I was a kid. With snowmen that lasted all winter long.

Oh I no! And I can remember my friends and I making snow furniture and little walls to show each room of our "houses". Good times!

Calimama replied: I've only seen snow ONCE.. and it was less than an inch! It hadn't snowed in my hometown in 26 years.. then DH came down and the night he proposed it snowed!

One year, my dad and us three kids shoveled our entire back yard into a giant snow pile. Then he poured water on it, let it freeze and made us a huge igloo. It was awesome. We played in it all year.

We got THREE feet here the other day. I'll have to take some pictures tomorrow of our house and ALL the snow, especially in the backyard and deck where no one has stepped yet.

We got our 4 inches

Ditto - we get three inches in an HOUR here in upstate NY - Denise I will take some pics for you tonite and post them - even though its cold - I LOVE LOVE LOVE the outside with snow - its very magical and pretty

redchief replied: As Lisa said, for all of you who are missing your snow, it's lost in southern NJ and can't find it's way back home. If you all would please send directions for it to get back to where it belongs, that would be helpful, because I don't like its company.

luvmykids replied: We had enough snow last year to hold me over for awhile...I never thought this would happen but a few weeks ago when I snowed I was so mad We're supposed to get a little this weekend, hopefully that holds true, I have too much to do to get snowed in!

Everytime there's a threat of snow, they have a snow day They have at least half a dozen a year.

HuskerMom replied: It's been snowing here for the past few hours but it melts when it hits the ground so it's not piling up. Probably it'll end up all turning to ice. I'd rather have snow.
