We're closing on our house on Friday

The inspection went good, he has to fix a few minor things, putting in a handrail to the basement steps for FHA, we also asked for more outlets to be installed in the master bedroom (there was only one ) soo....he said all that will be done by early Friday morning before the walk-through and we close at 4:00 pm this Friday! I'm so excited and I just can't hide it! YESSSS!!!!

My2Beauties replied: Yes everything went really fast. I was shocked when she told me Friday, I found out they put a rush on it to get it done by the end of the month. Everything just went so smoothly, the seller has been very easy to deal with, his agent is very good and our agent has been wonderful (of course it's DH's cousin ) but everything has just fell into place so beautifully. I faxed her the last bit of stuff she needs for our file this morning and the seller is working on the home inspection issues as we speak! I'll let you guys know how everything goes.
