Went in for a gender confirming ultrasound yest.

Well, she is definately a girl and not shy about it this time either! She still had her ankles crossed (dh loves to sit like this, so I'm sure it's a family trait ). I got to see her yawn, extend her fingers, and put her fist to her face. I also got to see all four chambers of her heart, in detail. I have never had an US past 20 weeks, so it was amazing to see a 30 week ultrasound. I so needed that!

Only 10 more weeks to go- can you believe it? Seems like just yesterday I was posting that I got a bfp!

Can't believe only 10 more weeks--I'm right there with you....well, probably a lot more behind in getting ready though!!!

maestra replied: I don't think that she really knows, though she does know that my belly is huge, and sometimes something bumps her if she sits too close!

I'm getting ready, but not there yet. Some of Jaci's clothes can be used, but not many, as September is still summer weather here, and Jan definately isn't! The grandmothers haven't really wanted to buy anything until we were absolutely sure of what it is. But dh's mother seems pretty oblivious to the fact that she's getting another grandchild. When I called to tell her that it's a girl for sure, she said "Oh, that's alright." Can you tell they wanted a boy?

As far as family wanting a boy....we don't even know the sex of our baby yet and my step-MIL is already saying to everyone that if this one is a girl we are going to try again for a boy. HUH? Don't know how she decided that. Sorry your family is being like this.
