We'll We Made It
Kirstenmumof3 wrote: But I didn't think we were going to! Spencer starting vomitting late yesterday afternoon. His nurse told me if this continued they wouldn't let him go home! So the gave him some anit-nausea medication through his IV and he did fine lastnight. But at around 10:00 Spencer's nurse called the hotel, she immediately reasured me that everything was okay, but that she was having trouble getting Spencer to take his oral anti-biotic! I told her to turn the TV off, unplug the remoted and give him about 10 minutes! Well doesn't the little bugger lock her out of his room! They had to call security to come and unlock the door. He finally took his medication and everything was fine.
Finally we are home! We landed to it snowing in Thunder Bay! LOVELY! Spencer did well, no vomitting this morning, but he is felling a little nauseaus! We have to go to the Out Patient Clinic at the hospital this afternoon so that he can have his second dose of chemo.
