Well I am liking my new job

But so far so good. I can't complain about it at all. Except I only get paid every 2 weeks and the way I started I have to work a month until I get a full paycheck. So other than being broke and spending gas money I love it.

I get paid every 2 weeks also and it sucks but you get use to it

punkeemunkee'smom replied: Well I hate your new job! I think of 50 things a day to tell you and I have to wait til you are off work and by then I forget....BUT i am glad you like it-I guess!

lovemy2 replied: Good for you - I didn't know either you got another job - must have missed a post somewhere - I get paid twice a MONTH and it sucks - my DH gets paid every 2 weeks so sometimes depending on his schedule we get a check every week for the most part but it is a pain when they catch up to each other - then we have to budget for two weeks...we aren't very good at that

redchief replied: I'm glad you're happy in your new job. I know you were worried about that and I'm happy it's working out well for you. Lots of employers are moving to the every two week paydays. It costs them a lot less money. My paychecks from the city have been bi-weekly since I started. Sometimes stretching the time out can be a challenge, but I've gotten necessarily better at budgeting.

Well Jenn I am the offical Admin Support and Special Projects Admin.

So far I have had it easy. Done some reports on excel. Helped plan the company's 25th anniv celebration..and wrapped a bunch of gifts and presents.

But I do go home and Dh what a hard day I have had and I am so TIRED. Can't let him know I wrap presents for a living.

That's ok, Ed, I am also. Before it wasn't so bad because DH and I got paid opposite of each other but now that we are on the same we have to stretch a little.

Kaitlin'smom replied: glad your liking it, I am going to be going to ever 2 weeks soon and not sure how it will go but we are working on it to be the opposite of DH's ever 2 weeks so we can have money in every week, I am hoping it works well. Needless to say Aug should be interesting.

It a manufactoring company. They make tools for cement work.
