Weight watchers snacks

mckayleesmom wrote: I always see people talking about ww snacks....and heard they make some....but where do you buy them?

What other kind of snacks do you keep on hand that curve the hunger?

Calimama replied: I know nothing about WW but for snacks I keep a huge bowl of raw veggies, I have cheese cubes, tons of fresh fruit cut up, sunflower seeds, and nuts. I also crunch ice a lot when I know I'm not hungry I just want to chew because I'm bored. emlaugh.gif

A&A'smommy replied: walmart has them along with meals, and ice cream. You can also buy the snacks at meetings or online. One of the biggest things that helps me curve hunger is to make sure to eat my meals, bread really helps (like the 1point bread as toast for breakfast with sugar free 1 point jelly and a fruit). Fruit REALLY helps, veggies don't really though not for me anyway. just make sure you eat your meals

mckayleesmom replied:
Ok...your going to laugh.....I was doing this calorie counting diet about a month ago.....I thought salt free trail mix was a good snack.....1/2 of a cup of it cost me all my calories that I was allotted.... rolling_smile.gif

So ...no more nuts for me... rolling_smile.gif

grandma replied: The WW snacks are really good, alittle pricey but worth it for me. I like the bars you buy at ww meeting place and the cupcakes and fudge pops. (Those all have chocolate).... emlaugh.gif

mckayleesmom replied:
Is there a grocery store you can buy them at?....I don't want to go to the meetings for a gronola bar.. rolling_smile.gif

Calimama replied:
rolling_smile.gif Maybe I should cut back on the nuts.

mckayleesmom replied:
Seriously....I was shocked....If you go to sparkspeople.com and look up the calories....its amazing.. laugh.gif

bawoodsmall replied:
I dont know if I have seen the snacks. I get these like chips ahoy 100 calorie ones. Are they it? I did see some ww giant latte bars that were 100 calories and they are soooo good. I honestly dont know what good snacking is besides the whole foods. Is that about it?

Sarah&Mackenzie replied: I eat the WW yougurt only 1 point per cup and they are the bigger cups. I also like there ice cream.

Calimama replied:
Oh Brianne skip the granola bars, go get the ice cream. rolling_smile.gif

grandma replied:
I've never seen WW granola bars anywhere but at the WW place, but you can just go there and buy them without going to the meeting.

booey2 replied: Their snacks can be pretty pricey. I recently just bought some fruities, kinda like a wine gum snack and mini chocolate fudge bars only because they were on sale. You could try ebay for the snacks or walk into a meeting and say you want to buy some products if they say no, well thier loss not yours as they just lost potential sales.

Popcorn is one of my saving snacks, also I drink a lot of water and herbal teas, right now I just finished a 2 litre jug of licorice orange spice tea. It was yummy. I have also found gum to be great for keeping other stuff outta my mouth.

lovemy2 replied: Nuts although alot of calories are the good fat and calories so don't give them up Denise - its a good source of protein -

Ha Ha look at me the ever spreading butt giving diet advice laugh.gif laugh.gif

Calimama replied:
Oh good because I'm sitting here eating half a bowl of them. ph34r.gif emlaugh.gif

holley79 replied: Kellogs Sweet and Salty granola bars~ 3 pts
Fiber One chocolate n oats~ 2 pts
Curves chocolate granola bars~ 1 pt
Pop tarts~ 4 pts
Slim fast bars are also good for snacks.

Just about anything on the diet food isle. Take your slider card with you. You don't have to just use WW snacks by any means.
