Weigh in Wednesday - Don't know who starts this

b&bsmom wrote: but here it goes. I gained a pound wink.gif (215) I am also having a visit from AF this week although I thought that was the problem last week. I am not too upset sad.gif since I weighed myself on monday and I had gained 4 pounds ohmy.gif ( i was at 217) so I will take this pound and get to work. biggrin.gif Hope everyone else is doing better than me. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

coasterqueen replied: ((HUGS)) b&bsmom. You are right, take this pound and go forward. Use it to movitate you to rid of it and more next week. You can do it!

I did well this week. I lost 2.2 pounds. So I went from 139.6 to 137.4 and I feel great about it. I'm actually wearing another pair of dress work pants today that I haven't worn since before Megan was born. So I'm getting there. AF is due any day, though, and I AM retaining water because my rings are tight so I was really suprised at the scale this morning. blush.gif

I've decided that once I get to my goal weight I'll go to a personal trainer for a few sessions to have them polish my workout routines to get my body in the shape I want it to be in. Even though I'm losing weight and working out there are parts of my body I'm not as happy with so I hope to use a trainer to help me 'tone' those areas better.

thumb.gif Way to go thumb.gif I would like to go to a trainer just to get a good workout established so when I do find the time I can work on it. I have not been able to exercise with everything going on but hoping to get back into the swing of things soon.

Keep up the good work!!!!

punkeemunkee'smom replied: bawling.gif UP a pound and a half blink.gif But AF is coming so I guess that is why...

b&bsmom replied: ((hugs))) it is all blame on AF I go up a pound when she is coming so not to worry. Hang in there . Next week will be better biggrin.gif

Chiflata2003 replied: I am really starting my lifestyle change today as yesterday I had a little too much to eat. So today's weigh in is 248.

My goal is to be 240 when I go back to the doctor in 2 wks.

I'm not letting dh know that I'm losing weight. He thought I was 280 something so he hurt my feelings that he thinks I am that big, but it was just one more motivation.

Mom2BNTN replied: I haven't been weighing in every week, but I went to the Dr. today for my 6 weeks check-up and found out I have lost 12 lbs since I had Dylan. Guess that isn't too bad considering I haven't really started working out yet. tongue.gif Just a few more lbs to go and I'll be happy!! biggrin.gif

TANNER'S MOM replied: I forgot to weigh this morning.. I am sorry.. I will update tomorrow.
I can't believe I forgot..

Surely with less hair then I will weigh less! rolling_smile.gif

A&A'smommy replied: I'm weighing in a 168.5 I'm thrilled BUT now that mean I'm getting to the point where I'm going to have to BUY new clothes yuck Or great I can't decide I think its good though.. YAY for a size 11.. maybe some of my old 11s are still around somewhere tongue.gif

MommyToAshley replied: I had a couple of bad eating days and munched on some of Ashley's candy... I only lost 1.5 lbs. But, DH and I have gone to the gym every day for the past two weeks except for Easter weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun). My pants are getting loose and I can tell my behind is tightening up. So, I am sure I have lost some inches even if I haven't lost any lbs.

My3LilMonkeys replied: rolleyes.gif NO change for me. It seems like I'll be stuck in this rut forever.

Maddie&EthansMom replied:
But you have lost pounds. You are doing a great job! thumb.gif

As you can imagine, I was down quite a bit this morning. As soon as I get my appetite back all of that will change I'm sure. rolleyes.gif

coasterqueen replied: Congrats to all the losers. I agree Dee, you are losing pounds too. thumb.gif

And for those who have gained or stayed the same, do not lose hope. We've all been there and we've gotten out of those ruts before. Hang in there. hug.gif
