coasterqueen replied: I did bad. Since AF left last week I can't get my eating under control and I gained 0.6 pounds. So I went from 138.2 to 138.8. Which stinks because the week before I went from 137.4 to 138.2 . Oh well I know what my problem is and I just need to solve it, plain and simple, right?

b&bsmom replied: I stayed the same. Which isn't all a bad thing I guess. I started that walking plan last week which I think helped me lose a pound however this week you are to walk a half hour each day for 6 days. Haven't accomplished one day yet. I have done a little here and there but I can not do 30 min at one time. I just don't have the time. Anyway hoping everyone else is losing. If not hang in there it will get better.
TANNER'S MOM replied: I have finally moved the scale.. Only 1lbs...but I will take what I can get on a pretty spring Wednesday. I am 142 today! And very excited.. I thought my scale was broke!
kayla's mama replied: Well since I just started losing weight this past week, I think I did pretty good. I have a goal of 30 lbs. by Oct. So far I have only lost 6 lbs. I contribute that to only drinking 1 soda a day and the rest in water, which I need to drink more of
I'm so excited about losing weight, I'm finally motivated.

redchief replied: No loss, more tone. Back on exercise track after an extremely busy, one thing leads to the next week last week.

I am thinking of re-joing you all. I just NEED to find time for me to work out. Wating till Kait goes to bed does not work for me. I am wondering if I can get up earlier in the am and go. even if I just walk to start with. I need help and tons of modivation.
coasterqueen replied: What about lunch time, just going and walking? Also as far as nighttime, I must say it was never for me either, but when I finally got serious with myself about being healthier and wanting to lose weight it ended up not being so bad. Now I like that time. There are instances where I just can't, but I try to make a goal of working out 4 to 5 times a week so I have a few days to play with there.
Kaitlin'smom replied: I was walking at lunch for a while, but I use my hour now to pick Kait up from pre-school and take her to the sitters, totlay my choise and I love that time with her. So I either need to do it in the am or in the evenings. just have to find time, I have things I can use at home but I dont have space to do it unless she is in bed. Oy excuses excuses huh?
Maddie&EthansMom replied: Not weighing, but I know I've lost more inches. I've worked out everyday, some days twice. My smaller clothes are fitting a lot more loosely and I can't believe how toned I'm getting.
I'm just going to keep on doing what I"m doing...just keep pushing myself and see where it gets me. I don't know when I will weigh in again, but right now I'm not interested what that number says. I feel great and I'm looking better!!
coasterqueen replied: I won't say you are giving excuses but I will say that I wait til the girls go to bed. It does stink to wait so late, but it really hasn't been that bad. Some nights it can be, I won't lie, and if it's a night where I'm so frustrated I just won't work out. Some nights DH takes over putting both girls to bed and I get to work out earlier, otherwise it's 8 or 9 pm when I work out.
If you can't try earlier in the morning (which is when I would LOVE to add in weights, but can't cuz girls get up along with me) then I would try to do it in the evening. Give it a week or two, see how it works and see how you feel mentally about that routine. I was the same way til I gave it a few weeks, then it really wasn't so bad.
Kaitlin'smom replied: thanks Karen I am going to try and get up eairly tomorrow and go to the gym, I have a memebrship and really should use it. they open at 4a. I just need to remember to get eveything ready so all I have to go is change and go. If nothing else maybe I can quietly do some of the workouts I have at home while others sleep.

punkeemunkee'smom replied: Down 3-4 (Yes I weighed twice ) in the past 2 weeks...I missed last week. I am kinda disappointed I have been working out religously and thought I would be seeing more improvement by now Oh well just keep going right? I am sure it will all come in a big jump I know it does that sometimes...
