Sarah&Mackenzie replied: Well I lost another pound. I am eating better and starting tonight I am going back to workout at the fitness center, so maybe next week I will lose a little more than a pound. Keep up the good work everyone!!

I am down 2.2 pounds!!!!! Although, I'm not happy about that last .2 pounds because I'm only supposed to safely drop 2 pounds a week with nursing, so I'm going to have to evaluate what I did and maybe eat a twinkie too?
Now off to change my ticker!

tomorrow is my offical day, however so far I lost .5lbs with AF being hear. I am happy about that and hope to see more gone by my offical date, maybe an other 1/2lb. I will let you know the officaly ammount tomorrow.

BTW, I think I'm going to join you next Thursday for weigh-in instead of Wednesday because I have an all day/all evening event on Valentines Day , of all days, and our dinner is not until 8:30 p.m. that evening so I'm going to go ALL day long without eating and then I'm sure scarf something down at the dinner so weigh-in on Wednesday may not be pretty.

I'm down 4 pounds vs two weeks ago and am really doing a I've switched to WW Core, faithfully this time, and love that I'm never hungry. It's awesome.

jem0622 replied: I'm only down .4 and I'm hopping mad! AF just left the building. I felt like I've been doing so well with eating. Ugh! I haven't begun to exercise. I usually like to lose some to boost me and get me motivated. I guess I'm gonna have to start. I may ditch coffee and do all water to see what results I get.
I'm glad to be down instead of up this week, but I thought I'd see a better number!

3_call_me_mama replied: Down 1.5 YEAH!! Been doing the Gazelle 1.5 miles a night/day and also dirnking lots of water. Only lean cuisine and salads for lunch and then a light dinner. TRYING not to eat after 7pm. BUT IT"SA SO HARD> Dennis doesn't even get home until 6-6:30 some nights and i liek to eat Dinner together. So it's a rush to get done by 7!
A&A'smommy replied: I now weigh 178 that is 20lbs from when I started last feb. but I quit dieting for a while and went back up a little and after christmas when I started back doing good (after all the YUMMY chocolate ) I have lost 5lbs (it took me a while to get back to eating healthy and exercising all the time) and since last week it has been 2lbs and that I think is really good since I haven't been excersing this week and eating a least one unhealthy thing a day but I have been REALLY active.
my next goal is 30lbs by May before my dance recital! 
OHH I just went and measured myself I have lost 2inches in my hips, two inches around my belly and an 1.5 inches in my legs YAY doing a little dance over here

Julie I think your doing wonderfully it just takes a little time I agree though try to mix it up keep thinking "I can do it, and it NOT going to take that long" and it will happen!!

I have a new mini goal I want to lose an additional 15-18lbs from where my ticker is now by april 1st. I know it can be done its about 8 weeks away so if I lost 2lbs a week or so I can met or come close to it.

I stopped nursing the girls, so I cannot use that as my 'excuse', unfortunately. I'm going to add exercise and see what happens. I am not being horrible with my eating. Really. I know I need more water and maybe 31 is just not a good age for me. LOL. When I lost weight before I was 29, just shy of 30...

You'll figure out what you need to do and the weight will start coming off again, I'm sure of it.

I ALWAYS do this - I lost 3 pounds last week and then I automatically got lazy. I'm going to be good this week!!
