Wednesday WEIGH-IN - come on, confess.......

Come on ladies and gents! Confess what you've been up to this week and what your loss/gain is!
I am a big fat GAINER this week. I gained 0.8 pounds. I'm hoping it's because I'm working out now and gaining muscle and that's it!
So I went from 147.8 to 148.6. I will change my ticker in just a bit. I am looking forward to being a LOSER next week.

coasterqueen replied: To everyone else who has posted so far, don't get discouraged. We CAN do this. I know I've been down lately and yesterday I decided enough was enough. I'm going to work my - - - off and do the best I can do and if I lose GREAT and if I don't, well I'm trying my hardest so how can I blame myself, right?
Maddie&EthansMom replied: .08 gain for me, too. I deserve it, though. I was bad when I went home last weekend. I had to eat at all my favorite places. 
New start....headed to the gym right now. Everyone keep your chins up and keep pressing forward.
Kaitlin'smom replied: to all of you You can do it just keep trying. I did not get to work out as much over the weekend, or last night, totaly my fault and I will do it tonight. As of yesterday I was down but today it went back to the same as the ticker, I normaly dont weight in till tomorrow so I am hoping it will be back down. I will let you all know offically tomorrow.
~Roo'sMama~ replied: Ok don't hate me... I somehow managed to lose 2 pounds. I have no idea how, since I drank pop and ate sweets all week and didn't exercise. But hey I guess I'll take it! I'm now 158.2 ~ off to change my ticker.

For some reason choosingtolose.com does not let you change the ticker in the code like other sites do. I think it's because it's a beta testing and they are still working on it. I've been meaning to contact them and tell them about that while they are still taking opinions during beta. You'll have to make a new one, unfortunately .
CONGRATS AGAIN!!!!! NOW KEEP IT UP!

TANNER'S MOM replied: Okay well lets see.. This weekend I got on the scale and I was in heaven..it said 152! I was so thrilled!!
Well the next day I was back to 154! I was depressed! It was killing me.
I started working hard.. and now I am 153. So I guess I am down a lb. I am 153 so I guess I can't complain.
Last night I went and bought my first pair of size 8's. I never thought behind a 10...wasn't even sure what was next..but here I am!
A&A'smommy replied: Well I haven't been eating great and I just started back exercising yesterday and today I have dance and let me tell you warming up 5 year olds is a BIG work out for me for some odd reason anyway I"m not going to weigh in because I did HORRIBLE this week but I will next week one of my other friends and I are going to keep each other in check and I KNOW If she looses weight I will to because I'm REALLY competitive
Our Lil' Family replied: Down 2 lbs for me!! But as of yesterday morning I hadn't lost any... Don't know how it happened but I won't be weighing a day early any more!!!!

A size 8? Oh, I'd be in H E A V E N! I say that because all my work dress clothes are size 6 and 8 and sitting in my closet looking at me with disgust because I'm not down enough to wear them. I WILL wear them before session ends in April. I HAVE to. I can't wear the same 4 suits and 1 skirt outfit all session long.

moped replied: I also wanted to add that I spoke with a good freind of mine who is a personal trainer and told her that I/we are int he losing weight train and I told her what I was doing etc, and she said that most women have a hard time totally restricting everything, so she said 80/20 is a good balance.. Eat good 80% of the time and not so good 20% of the time! And I have cheated, but so far I have followed that rule!

ammommy replied: I'm down 1.2 this week. I've really been watching what I eat (following WW CORE program for the most part) and working out 4-5 times per week. I hit a new personal best of 4 miles on the treadmill which has really made a difference in my motivation. Congrats to those who lost and for those who haven't consider this week a do-over. BTW...I have fallen in love with the WW ice cream sandwiches. They are huge and only 2 points. I don't know how they packed in so much flavor and ice cream into 2 points, but if you like sweets, this is a diet-friendly option.

I ate a ton of junk the last couple days. I have a bad cold now so I think my body was getting ready to get sick and needed all that chocolate. 
I am back to add: I'd LOVE to be a sz 8!!!! I am aiming at just getting under 200!

Hillbilly Housewife replied: I'm back up to 195.8 - however I started to be serious about exercising... I do ab workouts ever 3 days, cycling at the gym pretty much every day, and I've been doing toning exercises.... so maybe that's the reason - cuz I've been eating better this last week.
Or it could be from all the coffee i've been drinking...

Di, I just finished 32 ounces of water. A bit behind this afternoon, but I'll get that last 16 ounces in before I leave work and the last 16 ounces when I work out tonight.

My3LilMonkeys replied: Well I am still at 169. I am telling myself it is because I have been exercising more and at a higher intensity so I am building up my muscles.
Mel - congrats!!! A size 8 is my goal - I can only imaging how good that must feel! It certainly looks fabulous!

Kaitlin'smom replied: Well I did stay the same and I am tring to keep the modivation going. Its so hard when you feel like your failing. I have days that I just want to give up, but I really am tring to give it a month then another and so on.

Let buddy up together. I need help to cause my weightloss has slowed down to a crawl.
