We got the Mortgage! - *Pics of house Included*

It took less then 24 hours to hear back about it being approved so 3 weeks today (well 2 weeks 6 days now since its saturday technically LOL) and we are a moving in!!! Here are some pics of the place!

This is the front


The backyard (6 person hottub and outdoor fire place. There is also an awning that comes out over the hottub and deck)

Lovely stairs (there pink, those will be replaced with hardwood later this year LOL)


Kitchen (we are bringing our own appliances but they are white also)

Master bedroom, you can only see the door to the ensuite



Now once we move in, we are painting a few of the rooms that we arent too fond of in color (one is neon pink LOL) and doing a few things here and there but basically it will look like that with our furnature and stuff obviously. I just had to share I am SO excited!!

It looks huge, how many bedrooms/baths?

BTW, it doesn't look like you need to do anything to it. That's a blessing!


WTG Erin! I'm sure you're daughter is going to love that big backyard! And you'll love moving out from the in-laws!

Lexismama replied: It is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the basement is finished and it does have a rough in for a 3rd bathroom so maybe in the future. I know 3 weeks is fast, I think the guy bought another house, this one was on the market for 4 months so he moved up the closing date which is A OK with us! Anything to get me out of the in laws LOL!!! We are having a hosue warming LOL. End of march, gives us a few weeks to get organized and settle in so anyone up near canada, come on over!!!!!
