We got some bad news last night

Kaitlin'smom wrote: Our Grandpa in FL is very sick the docs is giving him 1-12 months. Something is wrong with his heart and can't be fixed They are not sure how long the meds they gave him will work so thats why we have such a gap in time. So we are now looking to see when we can get down there and hope we can do it before he dies. DH has not lost anyone this close so I dont know how he will take it. Please pray he hold out so we can see him, other wise I know DH will be devistated even more.

The one thing we are both torn on is grandma has not and wont let the doc tell him how bad it is. I see both side and not sure on which side I am on.

Sorry to be a downer this morning. I am just so sad.

Kaitlin'smom replied: thanks everyone, just wanted to let you kno wthis are worse he now knows and they say his attitude has changed and it seems like he is giving up, but wants NO one to know, we all do but he does not know that. DH will be chicking with work tomorrow to see how many days he has and then we will plan a trip down.
