We are back from the tests

No. Bi-lateral urinary reflux means there's an increased chance that both of the baby's kidneys could come away scarred.

amymom replied: I know someone who's dd has that and she does really well. She is now 4 and was diagnosed at 1 yr old. The treatment for her, was low dose antibiotics for a period of time as a preventative measure and twice yearly monitoring. The good news is that you are finding it when your dd is young.

As an aside, I know someone else who was not diagnosed until adult hood and problems had set in. The docs believe it was there when she was little.

I am very glad you had the tests done.
