Water Intake 6/24/09

Today so far.....I'm on a slow start of just 16.9 ounces so far today. I need to get my bum in gear.

cameragirl21 replied: 24 ounces so far today, that is 1/4 of the intended intake for the day, so about 100 or so ounces is my goal.
Yesterday, I got a bit overzealous and barely made it to the ladies' room at Whole Foods couldn't help but wonder what moms do when they're out with the kids and have to go to the loo RIGHT NOW...I had to go before I got to the store so I parked and burned rubber into the store and ran to the ladies' room the minute I got in the door.
Not sure how I would have handled that if I had a couple of kids with me...I guess scooped them both up and ran...?

A&A'smommy replied: my goal is 96oz for today and so far I have only drank coffee but I will get on it at lunch time

haha well as a mom its a rule for us (us meaning my family) to go to the bathroom BEFORE we go anywhere if I don't take kids with me then I usually don't go usually I can make it back home I hate public restrooms

coasterqueen replied: Well, I'm at 48 ounces so far. So slow today. sigh. I can't imagine those who drink a ton more - how do they do it?

I know I'll get another 16 ounces in just with the pill I have to take tonight, so that would put me at 64. I'm going to try to get all my 80 in though.

A&A'smommy replied: I have had 64oz and I'm about to go fill up again I use a 32oz cup that helps me keep up with how much water I drink daily

A&A'smommy replied: I made is halfway through my third class of water and left but I still have some time left before i got to sleep so I will probably finish it
