MyBrownEyedBoy replied: I have blue carpet and it's old. With hardwood underneath. I kind of hope he does ruin the carpet. I usually feed him most of his food then let him play with the spoon.

You should see the tray of the high chair. he he. It is a complete disaster. But he has been really picky about veggies lately, so anything that will get him to eat them, I'll clean it up later.

DblTblDad replied: he's a cute baby. The first time I let my kids feed themselves, I was cleaning yogurt off every surface of their body, the floors, the walls, the cielings..thye even got some into the room next to the kitchen! Bad idea.
