they should have at least let him keep the sponge bob.

holley79 replied: That's hard up for a Sponge Bob.

Hillbilly Housewife replied: That's totally something Emilie would do. rolling_smile.gif

C&K*s Mommie replied: There was a little girl who did the same thing, one time. The person who was with her (her mother?) turned for second to do something, and the little girl climbed up into the chute and got stuck.

mckayleesmom replied: OMG...that is so funny.......Give the kid the stupid 50 cent spongebob for pete sake....

Calimama replied: Hahaha, he sounds like a smart boy for helping get himself out. wink.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: ohmy.gif OMG Just how did he....OMG

CantWait replied: Well JMO but geez what a brat. rolling_smile.gif rolling_smile.gif

Cece00 replied: How on earth did a kid even FIT into there????

CantWait replied: I was just thinking of this also, who thinks there should be guidelines on how big those openings should be?

I for one do.

CantWait replied: Nevermind, that would defeat the purpose of the prizes I guess, but I do think that there should be some kind of safety feature.

My3LilMonkeys replied:
Just thinking of the ones I've seen around here...I'm not sure how he could have gotten in there? Ours have a door over the opening where you get your prize that lifts up and blocks access to the main bin so that people can't steal multiple prizes.

Simplebeliever replied:
I remember reading about that.

You think they'd make those machines a little more toddler proof since they're designed to be attractive to kids.

I feel bad for that poor kid. After that ordeal I would of let him have Sponge Bob.

Kirstenmumof3 replied: ohmy.gif OMG I just can't imagine how he would even get in there! ohmy.gif

luvbug00 replied: I can't believe they didn't let him keep it. mad.gif

C&K*s Mommie replied: What boggles my mind, is that in both cases (the girl from a few months ago) and this little boy, climbed in while the people who were with them turned for a second. I would think it would take more than a second for a child to get into the chute. The child would have to navigate and think quickly once they start going in.

msoulz replied: I think it shows the kid is a thinker and a problem solver. A future engineer, perhaps!

Thankfully he was not hurt.
