Very concerned - Taking Hanna to the doctor today
My2Beauties wrote: Well hopefully I'm taking her if my boss lets me leave early The past few days we have been noticing that Hanna is walking on the ball of her right foot sometimes, she acts like she doesn't want to put her weight down on it. Other times she walks on the side of her right foot as if the inside of her foot is bothering her. Well at first she was only doing it sometimes and she hasn't acted like it's hurting her, I figured maybe she stepped on something and it was bruised or something, but we have checked her foot and rubbed it to see if she pulls away at any certain part of her foot and she doesn't, she doesn't even wince! Well yesterday even Brian's grandma (who keeps Hanna all day) said that she is worried about her because she was limping all day and walking on the ball of her feet, and the weird thing is when we put shoes on she doesn't do this! Desiree did the same thing when she was little according to Brian and her mom and she had a toddler fracture when she had a chipped bone in her shin. I hope that my boss is understanding enough to let me go early today, they have a 1:30 appt available. Cross your fingers guys and hope that they let me go so I can take her! I will be furious if they do not! They already told me I couldn't have Monday off! I had a dentist appt and was going to take Hanna to the doctor Monday (this was before she started doing it really bad) and it was denied because she said we're rolling out our new system next Wednesday I said I asked for Monday not Wednesday!!!!!!!! Anyways, I hope they let me go. If not I think I will raise some heck in here!
MomToMany replied: Poor Hanna, I hope it's not serious! Your boss better let you bring her in, or I'LL raise heck with him, LOL!
ediep replied: awwww poor Hanna, I sure hope it isn't anything serious Good Luck
My2Beauties replied: Well my boss's boss let me off. My actual boss isn't here today and her boss is a super sweet guy so he told me to take my "precious" daughter to the doctor because my children are more important That was very nice of him. My other boss would have been like well no do you think it could wait
MomToMany replied: So glad you get to bring her in. Glad your "real" boss isn't there today!!
DansMom replied: That does sound strange---I hope they can help figure out what's going on. Sometimes kids walk funny, on tippie toes for example, but usually then they do it with both feet.
Kaitlin'smom replied: guess its good your boss was not there then, I am glad your able to take her, hopefully its nothing and just some stage she is going through.
keep us updated
Maddie&EthansMom replied: OMG!!! How NICE of him!!! You don't find that very often. Please let us know what the doctor says. She is in my thoughts and prayers today.
My2Beauties replied: Thanks guys! I leave in 20 minutes to go take her over there, I will update everyone tomorrow!
A&A'smommy replied: poor girl!!! Let us know what it is!!!!
amynicole21 replied: Yikes! I hope she's ok. Keep us posted.
favre4fan replied: Glad you were able to get her to the doctor. When Austin was little he fractured his leg and we took him in and his regular doctor was away and the other one did no xrays, so a week later Austin would not even walk on is foot (oh he was 3). Took him back and sure enough he had a bad fracture and ended up in a cast for 2 months!! I hope its not that serious and please update us!!
Lollie replied: Awwww...I hope she is ok...Pls keep us updated...~HUGS~
coasterqueen replied: Oh I'm so glad you were able to get off work and I hope it's nothing serious for Hanna. Keep us updated.
