Update on us - a little long, but with pics!

Jaci is adjusting to having a big sister, and Giselle is a dream. She is getting so big! She will be 6 months on the 4th, I can't believe it!

We are in the middle of buying a house on the west side of Phoenix, so we can be closer to our families. Henry's boss will be making him start earlier, so we need their babysitting help or pay the outrageous daycare prices out here.

The house buying is terrible- investors have pounced on Arizona, and it's difficult to buy anything, because there's always an investor willing to pay 20,000 more than the appraisal, and they have cash. The appraisal on the house we are in escrow on now is looking like it will be 15,000 under what we bid, and we don't have the cash to make up the difference. We are hoping to wait a few weeks before getting an official appraisal, to see if that helps. We qualified for much more than what we're spending on the house, but if the appraisal is low the bank won't lend us the money. Your p&pt's would be appreciated- it's a modest house, with a decent sized yard for the girls. I just want a decent place for them to live and play.

I think real estate in general is astronomical. I wish you alot of luck- it's pretty stressful to be in a seller's market.
