Update/on our way to.. - the ER.
Mommy2Be wrote: Well, after talking to many of my friends who have kids and my mom and DH's mom I was really freaking out about them moving the due date up  and by that much.
I called my doctor this afternoon to talk about it and voice my concern and she pretty much acted as if it was nothing and I was being unnecessarily worried  . That I should just calm down and leave it to the professionals .
I was so mad at this point I did start to get nasty with her. I mean come on 5 weeks is a HUGE difference not to mention this is the same doctor who told me I was 13 weeks along and not 8 weeks like I thought  . I switched over to her because my first doctor was rude and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing and also said I was 13 weeks not 8 and then treated me like I was stupid .
I am so flipping MAD right now I just want to back hand all of the OB doctors in Colorado. I mean wtf how can they not know what there are doing I am sorry but I am so mad at all of this .
Plus now I am waiting for DH to get home he is on his way here to now take me to the ER. I just started bleeding pretty badly just like a normal AF about 30 minutes ago  . I'm really worried everyone please send good vibe our way we are really really scared .
We'll I thought I would let you all know what going on really fast. I'll try to update everyone soon.

Mommy2Be replied: Hello this is Alyse's sister inlaw my brother just called me and said they still don't know what is going on yet but that they are monitering the baby and she seems fine Alyse said to post and tell you guys what they no so far i will try and update whenever i hear from them.

Mommy2Be replied: Alyse's sister inlaw here again Tyler just called and said she has stopped bleeding for now anyway and everything seems to be ok they r still not sure what caused the bleeding yet but they are keepin her over night just in case and will run more tests in the morning and will moniter the baby 24/7

Thank you all for all the wonderful well wishes  you all are the best (happy tears). We are home now and they think maybe the bleeding was stress but they are still not 100% sure . I have been put on full and complete bed rest and I am now being considered a high rick pregnancy for now  . I saw a high risk specialist who seems like he actually knows what he is doing  finally. He had DH bring him our first ultra sound video to look at because he was furious at what my doctor I have been seeing has said.
He looked at it and then did a ultra sound and said he thinks I am around 25 weeks as well  . I will update everyone as I know sorry for everything and thanks again.

texasp3 replied: Oh I'm so glad to hear you're home and doing well for now. Ugh about the bedrest, although obviously you want to do what's safest and best! I was on bedrest from 29 weeks - 34 weeks when we had to bail and have Gabriel. He was and is just FINE, by the way.
I live in a nice little nieghborhood with LOTS of little kids, which means LOTS of moms with birth stories. Last summer at a block party, we all got to talking about things that gave us the willies when we were pregnant and I was amazed at how many women had heavy bleeding during their pregnancies... and I'm talking about the pregnancies that produced the little mob of kiddos that were tearing around the street while their moms told stories.
I'm glad you're seeing a specialist that you like! I hope everything continues to go well.

Glad to hear everything is OK, I bled pretty heavily when I was pregnant but I wasn't as far along....I know others who have done this as well! I'm sure baby is fine and healthier than ever! Sorry about the bedrest, but hey look at this way, now you have an excuse to boss DH around the house!
