Update on our house situation...

My jaw dropped when DH told me $260,000. WOW!!!! That is WAY more than what we need! I NEVER thought this place would be worth that much!
SOOOOOO, it looks like everything is A-OK with getting a new house!!!!! That is such a relief!!!

MomToMany replied: Thank you all! I'm SOOOOOO relieved now. I was pretty tense there for awhile to see if this would work. But it's still not a done deal until we sign the papers, so HOPEFULLY everything will still work out.
Of course I'll let you all know when it's a FOR SURE thing!

Our new house is going where this one is now. We're living in a tiny 16x80 trailer house. Our next one will be a 32x80 double-wide manufactured house. It will be 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and LOTS of space! We're trading in this house, or we MIGHT sell it to the FIL since he doesn't have a house.
