Update: Desiree and Staci

My2Beauties wrote: Well Staci went to court today and I haven't heard from her yet, I hope it's good news. They had to go downtown to the court last night and put two more warrants on him. One was violation of his EPO, part of his EPO states he is not allowed within 100 ft of their home, he went in and vandalized the house. He stabbed the walls, he wrote This house was killed by Staci on 10-21-07 RIP. He took all of her things and dumped them on the floor, broke windows, he did all kinds of horrible stuff. She said the upside to that is, his own stupidity just cost him a lot of $$ because her name isn't on the loan to the house, it's in his name. She said good luck to him if he wants to sell it. Idiot! The police took pics, she had to go in there with police escorts to get more stuff when she found the mess he had made. The neighbor said he had come back, went in the house, and came back out and got in his truck So now he has that warrant plus her brother in law is a police officer so he also got him for intimidating a witness (Desiree) when he tore up her cell phone when she was trying to call 911 and then trying to call DH, and he yelled and cursed at her. Her brother in law has been assigned to the case which makes me feel better. He gave her some pepper spray and told her that if she needed anything to call him directly. The warrants won't be in the system until tomorrow or Wednesday so they can't lock him up today at court, but Rob (police officer) said that as soon as they get put on the docket he's going to his work or his parent's house, wherever he is and locking him straight up. She got her divorce papers in the mail yesterday. She hadn't even had a chance to get a lawyer and file, but he did, she said that's also fine because now he has to pay. This is such a mess. She said she is probably going to start staying with us again after tonight.

My2Beauties replied: Well quick update to that, I just called DH and he had talked to her. They gave him joint custody of Baby Niles Even with pics showing proof of abuse, the cops being called, the cops testimony to him running from the law, drug charges and all he gets joint custody He also gets the house, which she didn't want. He made up a bunch of lies saying she had a boyfriend and that is why he went off on her, etc... Sad sad world. Staci never ever cheated on him, I am like one of her best friends, I would have known. I can't believe he got joint custody of him. I'm baffled. He is going to try and kidnap him.

momofone replied: This guy sounds really scary. Please protect yourselves with some kind of security . I've seen this alarms they put on windows that you can buy in stores even if you do something like that.

You've got me, I wish I had the answers. My best friend's mom is a family court judge, I am going to have her find out what happened with the case. She handles last names S & T on the docket, Staci's last name is H. This is really sad. I feel so bad for her, I don't understand how after police reports, EPO's, ECC's, vandalism of property, terroristic threatening, and assault, he can have jopint custody of their child.

She better be careful she is going to end up dead bc he has nothing to loose and she has everything to loose.

Until proven guilty in court he would get the baby bc the courts only know what he told them nothing new there but very sad.

I hope this goes smooth for them once they get into court and she better have proof that she isnt running with any men bc she will need to prove herself bc he can say this is why he blew a gasket.
