I'm sure she really does think she's funny, and is harmless, but now I think she's a little cuckoo

I just thought that was a weird thing to say to someone you don't know

Some of the stuff that comes out of people's mouths sometimes just amazes me - my MIL actually is one of those people - when I was talking about our wedding plans to her - I mentioned something about the weather that day - something like I hope it is nice but what can you do if it isn't - you know what she said - Well the day Dave and Deb (DH's first wife - he was married for a couple years when he was really young - like 21) got married it was a beautiful day - I just looked at her like You freak and yeah - she still hasn't changed much....
