Uggghh! Can you please send some...

Bring out the cheese and crackers because there is a big whine coming:
I am still sick, I am either sneezing or my nose is running every few seconds... it is driving me nuts. I ache all over, and I am soo tired. I don't know if I am tired from being sick or the lack of sleep. I think I am beginning to get insomnia. I just can't seem to get to sleep even when I do have a few moments to rest.
The work just keeps coming in, which is good in a way because we could use the money to pay for the stove and dishwasher we just replaced. And, now one of our TV's is going out and our dryer just went out too! ACCCCK! I need to go someplace to do laundry until we have time to go get a dryer. Can you imagine having a toddler in the house and no dryer.
On top of that, Ashley was crabby all morning. She was running a slight temperature this morning (99.7) which I am not sure if it was due to her teething or her shots. She had that same nurse that gave her the shots last time, and I think this nurse needs to learn how to give shots. Ashley has been complaining about her leg hurting for the past couple of days. She never had any problems until the last two times she had her shots (from this same nurse). The last time, she had a knot on her leg for two months!
Ashley was feeling better this afternoon/evening, so she decided to be onery instead. Anything I said, she had to do the opposite. And, she did everything she could think of, that she's not supposed to do, just to get a reaction. She kept taking her clothes and diaper off and running around the house giggling about it. I put her diaper and clothes back on three times before I decided to put bibs on her. (Although she can get those off now too, it is just a little more work) At dinner, she looked straight at me and then threw her food on the floor. Then, told her "No, don't throw your food on the floor" , she said "Hi Mom" and blew me a kiss. Then, she threw more food on the floor. She loves baths, but she didn't want to get in the bath tonight just because I wanted her to take one. She even insists that she is two instead of one years old. Where is my angel toddler? I want her back!
I am sorry for the long whine, I just needed to get some of this out before I burst! I really need to get back to work, hopefully I can get caught up with what is happening with everyone here tomorrow. I will have more time now that I am not going to get Ashley's pictures taken tomorrow. If you remember, she scratched her face so I had to wait until that healed. Then, MIL cut her bangs when she babysat and they were not even (that's another story that I won't get into). And, then tonight she fell and bumped her head and has a big knot on her forehead. I guess I should take the hint that we are not supposed to get her pictures taken in her Easter Dress. It was too cold to wear it on Easter (It was a pink sundress) so I might as well take the dress back.
Ok... I am done now, I promise. Thanks for lending me a shoulder to whine on!
kit_kats_mom replied: Dee Dee. I'm sorry you are having such a rough week.
Being sick is bad. No washer is worse. An onrey toddler is horrible. All of those things together?? I would have locked myself in my room and cried a long time ago. Poor thing. I hope you can get some rest soon.
I can't send any "give you back your ANGEL" vibes though. I've used up all of those on my devil child over the last few days.
Maddie&EthansMom replied: Awwww Dee Dee! I am so sorry! How is it that they ALWAYS know when we are stressed or not feeling well? Maddie was/is a very ornery child so I know how you feel. Maybe she just misses mommy. I'm sorry about the pictures. Maddie didnt' get to wear her Easter dress either....I will return it as well. I just hate that you aren't feeling well. Get well soon and vent anytime. I was beginning to wonder if you were normal. You always seem so upbeat and positive. Our dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer are all about to be on the blink. I'm praying it doesn't all happen at one time. Sometimes it just feels good to know you are not alone. I hope works lets up for you soon.
Jamison'smama replied: Oh my goodness, I hope that your week gets better soon! You'll get those pictures soon--you can just find her a hat to go with the dress to cover the bump
A&A'smommy replied: AWWW I'm sorry your having such a hard time!! ((((BIG BIG HUGS)))) I hope tomorrow is MUCH better!
CantWait replied: ack sounds like a rough few days, I'm so sorry and I hope things get better soon. And you're feeling like your old self. Big hugs to you
paradisemommy replied: you poor thing.. but like everyone else is saying..it's nice to know it's not just our parenting skills (that's making our kids so rotten)..taven has turned into a little monster too.
i hope you are feeling better and ashley becomes her normal angelic self!!
jem0622 replied: Hope you are back to your old self soon. Sorry to hear that Ashley has been fussy.
HUGS Julie
Kirstenmumof3 replied: Dee Dee I'm sorry you are sick and that Ashley is not being very cooperative! I hope you feel better soon. Is there anyone who could take Ashley for the afternoon so you could get some rest? Take care of yourself!
ediep replied: oh man.....that does sound like a tough week!!
I hope you are feeling better soon....Jason and I have been sick all week too.
Hope that you get your angel girl back soon
amynicole21 replied: Yikes!! What a rough week you're having!!!! I hope this black cloud passes quickly and Ashley turns back into her usual angel self!!
jcc64 replied: I'm sorry the black cloud is hanging over your house right now, Dee Dee. It sucks to be sick, and have any sort of domestic chaos in the middle of a work-a thon. Hope the clouds part soon (although I have to tell you the toddler negativism is just beginning...and wait till she's 11, then you can REALLY complain about attitude, lol.)
DansMom replied: This too shall pass! ITA that being sick makes it all seem too hard to deal with. When you feel better, everything will seem better. Hugs
MomToJade&Jordan replied: I hope things are going better for you today Dee Dee. Didn't you know that us Moms aren't allowed to get sick? At least that's what it always seems to me. For we are the glue that keeps the whole mess together. Jade has had her days as well and believe me I have looked to the heavens and asked where my sweet little girl went. I am sending you some ~~~Help With Everything Vibes~~~ so I don't forget anything. We love seeing you here and we do miss you, but we will be here when you finally catch up on all of your work so do not stress. Get yourself a nice cup of Chamomile tea and have yourself a nice warm bath scented with lavendar. I am sure that will help to take the edge off. Things will start to get back to normal in no time. Just have some faith.
coasterqueen replied: I'm a little late here in posting, but that does sound like a very rough week! I sure hope things get better soon! (((HUGS)))
Lily replied: What a rough time you're having! :::sending sleep vibes::: :::sending calming toddlers vibes::: :::sending good luck to finding a dryer vibes::: Oh and can't forget the HUGS!!!!!
