UGH

Hillbilly Housewife wrote: I don't know if this is still PPD or not... I'd stopped taking my meds in the spring. I haven't taken anything for it since then.

Lately I've just been blah about everything. I don't feel like cooking, cleaning, I don't even feel like playing with the kids (of course I do though). I don't feel like doing anything.

Even my drive has suffered...dh and I are going on 2 weeks. blush.gif

I just feel like I'm going nowhere and I'm running around myself in tiny little circles.

lisar replied: I get like that every now and then. It normally will pass on its own though for me. If it gets any worse why dont you see a dr about it.

Kaitlin'smom replied: yep I get days like that, had one the other day. I seem to get them in the late fall/winter. Hopefully I can figure either a trigger or somethign to help me pull out of it cause I hate feeling like that. hug.gif

DVFlyer replied: Has the weather changed where you are? Many times, a change in weather- from sunny summer to drab cloudy winter/ fall- can cause a change in emotion.

moped replied: This is the worst itme of year IMO - I honestly think it is a phase you are going through because I get like that in November/December every year.......

DVFlyer replied: I just remembered the time change too.... Add that to the list of possibilities.

Or maybe you just need Brad Pitt to walk through the door to get things going. biggrin.gif

grapfruit replied: They have these light bulbs that are suppose to fight the winter blahs (which is what it sounds like) I'll see if I can find a link...

grapfruit replied: Here's an article on S.A.D.. The "treatment" I was referring to is at the very bottom.

Kaitlin'smom replied:
if it were Brad Pitt I might puke, eww yuck not my style. I used to like him but ewww not anymore.

grapfruit replied:
Angelina ruin it for you? laugh.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied:
yep BIG time oh wait maybe it was just her creepy lips and the need to feed her

grapfruit replied: the skeltore look makes her look old *blah*

msoulz replied: I get that way every now and again too. For me, a break from the ordinary life helps, like spending a long day or evening with friends or going shopping by myself. I hope you feel better soon and it is a simple "fix" for you!!
