I am the same happy I did not gain but dissapointed in myself I did not loose, I really was not trying last week....so I am really gonna work on it. I just need to get my behind over to the gym I know that will really help me in my goals.

booey2 replied: Thanks for the buddy, I lost 0.4 pounds last night, it is weird that ww uses scales that only weigh in 0.2 increments. A loss is a loss in my books and if you stayed the same you are still ahead of the game. Good luck to everyone this week.
coasterqueen replied: Not sure what to make of mine Last week I weighed 134.5 and yesterday I weighed 135! But then this morning I got on the scale and weighed 132.5. So technically from last tuesday to this tuesday I lost 2 pounds, but I'm not holding my breath!
I usually don't fluctuate, though. I haven't been trying real hard and actually went on a mad binge Sunday but have been exercising a bit. I've gotten more serious about the diet this week, though!
booey2 replied: Congrats, are you weighing in at the same time of day. I find that if I weigh in in the morning and then again in the evening I can gain 3-4 pounds depending on what I eat thru the day. Congrats just the same.

I lost one pound!!!! I am sure it is because Ashley and I played Hide-N-Go-Seek yesterday. Well, it was Hide-N-Go-Seek combined with tag... LOL. She would try to find me, and then when she did, she had to catch me. LOL She had a blast, but it sure did wear me out, she chased me all over the house. LOL

coasterqueen replied: Thanks! Actually I weigh every morning right before I get in the shower So no clothes on and just went pee (lol, tmi). I know I shouldn't weigh myself every day but it's an old habit I don't really want to break, lol.
It's weird how I am fluctuating this time when I didn't the entire time I was on the diet last year. Oh well.
jem0622 replied: I cannot weigh in with you today. Hopefully next week. Because you have to weigh yourself the same time every day. And we need to buy a scale (hopefully tonight @ DH's job/store). I have a physical tomorrow and they will weigh me in the PM, so that won't be accurate either.
All I know is I hope I weigh less than I did @ my 16 w checkup when we learned that our baby was lost.

MomToJade&Jordan replied: Thanks for the congrats Nope this program is the Flexpoints. If you follow it you will lose weight. I have more then 75 lbs. to lose and so did my Mom. She's at her goal weight and has been there for over 2 years. I really recommend it.
coasterqueen replied: Just curious, is the flexpoints plan much different than their normal points plan? I lost 40 pounds on the regular points plan last year and am using that plan right now, but wonder if the flexpoints plan is better and easier
booey2 replied: I love the flex plan, you get a set target instead of a points range, you get 35 points at the beginning of the week to use or not use if you want any way you want. You have to earn Activity points and use them the same day you can't carry them over. Otherwise it is basically the same. Can ya tell I love weight watchers.
coasterqueen replied: I will have to look into it then! Sounds better! Just curious, my point range is 18 to 23, so what do you know what my target would be? Didn't know if you had a book that tells you that. Just trying to see if the new plan would give me more, lol. Oh and you get 35 on top of your target points? Not sure I would lose weight that way.

I don't have a scale in my house... I destroyed it last year. But I goto my mom's ev ery Monday night... so it's no biggie 
My appetite is really bad in the last week... I'm only eating 2x a day...and it's not much compared to what I used to eat... lol. Although that's not necessarily bad... since I get up around 11am, eat around 1, then again around 6:30... and if i'm hungry before bed, I have a small snack, like an ounce of cheese, or a couple crackers... or some chocolate.
But... i'm trying to just plain eat healthy...and I'm *supposed* to start excersizing when Zach is sleeping... but I haven't yet, I'm just too darn lazy! 
I can do it..i can do it..i can do it... maybe i'll just start with 10 situps and 10 push ups, and 10 *leg-up-in-the-air-lying-on-my-side-things*...at least I'll feel i accomplished something.
booey2 replied: Well I thought I wouldn't lose either but you don't have the big 5 point range anymore instead it is a set target/minimum that you have to eat and then if you have a special occasion or are just plain hungry one day you can use the other. I find that if I don't eat all my target points I don't lose I usually gain. It seems that the body needs a certain amount to keep running and keep the metabolism working. Here is the targets for each weight range:
Your weight right now POINTS Target
less than 150 pounds 20 points 150 to 174 pounds 22 points 175 to 199 pounds 24 points 200 to 224 pounds 26 points 225 to 249 pounds 28 points 250 to 274 pounds 30 points 275 to 299 pounds 31 points 300 to 324 pounds 32 points 325 to 349 pounds 33 points 350 pounds or more 34 points
Also if you earn Activity Points by doing exercise you have to use them the same day your earn them or your lose them. All the food point values pretty much stayed the same except for chocolate, you now get 1 ounce for 3 points instead of 4 points. Hope this helps. Good luck and if you need any more info let me know.
coasterqueen replied: Thanks Teri that does help. I will have to go to WW this weekend for sure :-) That's not too far from where I was at, the 20 I mean. Plus the 35. And since I'm BF I should get the 2 points for every nursing session so it works out pretty close.
booey2 replied: If Kylie is exclusively bf you get a lot more points, hold on a sec.....you get 10 more, your target is 30 points, once she stops soley relying on breast milk you have to switch back to 20.

kimberley replied: I still didn't buy a scale yet. i went to the mall yesterday to get a present for a b-day Jacob is going to, with every intention of getting one and even said to Jamie when we were in Zellers "did we need anything else?" as i looked down the aisle at the housewares section. we both agreed no and left! i won't be able to get one until sunday the earliest because they have a cold weather warning here that it will be in the -20's to -30's for the next few days and i don't want to take Jade out in that.
but i am keeping a food diary....
so far today 2 pieces of whole wheat bread and 2 boiled eggs, water and 1 cola . going to have beef romanoff for dinner with a small glass of milk and hopefully that is it. wish me luck that i don't cave to all the treats in my house calling my name!
