Took Katherine to the dr. today

I finally took her in today to get her ears checked and her sinuses. She has no infections and the doctor thinks it's mild flu. Hopefully she will get better soon.

She's weighing in, fully dressed, at 24 lbs. Still a tiny little stinker.

It's everywhere though because when I tried to take Kylie to urgent care on Monday they had signs posted everywhere to cover your mouth when you cough and were even demanding that people coughing wear masks. I knew Kylie wouldn't do that and there were like 40 people in there waiting to be seen so I took her over to her doc's and waited til we got in there.


Hope she feels better soon!

BTW, she is a tiny little thing, what's her height? Kylie is 31.5 pounds, not sure of height, last I checked it was 37 inches.

MommyToAshley replied: Oh, that poor little sweetheart! I hope she is feeling better soon. Everyone seems to be sick this year, I don't remember it being this bad last year. DH and I had a bad case of the flu for about two weeks (I still have a cough), and I am so thankful that Ashley didn't catch it. (knocking on wood)

My2Beauties replied: Awww that is the pits..Hanna had the same symptoms for about 5-6 days, and it finally went away..thank goodness!

Gosh my child is a super-chunk, she is only 31 inches and weighs a whopping 27 pounds!

mammag replied: I hope she feels better soon. Poor thing. I'm glad there wasn't any infections.....although sometimes it's easier to deal with when there is because then you give them meds and they get better. I hate just waiting an illness out.

And btw, she barely hits the 25 lb mark either. Destined to be puny little girls I guess!
