Took Kaitlin to a festival

Kaitlin'smom wrote: Over the weekend there was a Strawberry Festival in a town not to far from us, we have taken her every year, this year was the best so far.

It was so fun, they had a kids sction with those giant blow up slides, jumping house and obstical course. She first went into the monley jumping house and had a blast well time was up but she did want to get out, I told her if she wanted to go on the slide she had to come out, she imeditaly came out well the line for the big slide was kinda long so we took her over to the obstical course and she was woring her way through that, and doing great. She got to the step and was tring to use the steps to climb, I explaind to her to use the handles to grab to help pull her self up, once she got that she climbed right up and I ran to the end to see her slide down she loved it and got to do it again. Tehn she go tto go on the Giant slide, well we got up there and they said for every paid kid an adult can go free, so I opted to go with her so I could make sure she could climb it, she had NO problem we went down together it was fun, she went and did it again one more time by herself. my little climber

Couse mommy totaly forgot the camera so no pics I am so mad at myself for that one. We are going to more festivals this year so I will remember next time.

It was sooo fun, I am looking foward to more

We went to the Strawberry Festival too, we went on Sunday. We didn't bring a camera either. Geesh,was it ever HOT!

ya yesterday was way more humid than saturday, did ashley play on any of them?

It sounds like loads of fun. Those smaller events are great when the kids are younger, small doses at a time. I am glad you had fun!

yes and they were yummy, Kait ate a few but mostly the whipp cream

TLCDad replied: One of the best things there was the strawberry lemonaid. Talk about yummy and refreshing.

There was also a good band from a Church there. The lead singer had a very awsome voice. They played all kinds of music including some rock and roll oldies and original Christian songs.
