Tomorrow (monday) we are putting our house

ediep wrote: on the market. DH and I have been looking at some new construction homes not too far from here. If we do sell our house, we'll probabaly move by August or September. I am not sure if I am 100% comfortable with leaving this house because we are comfortable here, we are in a nice neighborhood, and I am happy with the school that the kids will go, we have an awesome finished basement and we just put in an above ground pool and had a new deck built. BUT, we only have 3 bedrooms and our house is pretty small. We are full, every closet and cabinet is packed and I am not a pack rat, I alway try to get rid of clutter. I figure as the kids get bigger they will just get more stuff and we will run out of room.

The new house is a lot bigger and has 4 bedrooms with a beautiful kitchen. It also has a library on the mail level that we can use as a toy room until be get the basement done. It has more property and the best part is it is 2 blocks from my best friend. She and her DH have 2 kids and her daughter is Jasons best friend and they'd go to school together.

So anyway, we'll just have to see if our house sells..... wish us luck

grapfruit replied: My boyfriend and I are actually on the other end. Renting now, and hoping to buy. We actually just found a house that's perfect for us, so we're crossing our fingers as we look at it a little closer.

I'm going to send you lots of postive thoughts and "sell vibes" I know the market in a lot of the country is sluggish, I hope you don't have that problem!

We're at a stage that we are trying to decide if we want to sell or put money into some of the rennovations we want to do. It's such a hard decision!
