Time for the big girl bed - I have no choice

kimberley replied: awww good luck with that. they just grow so fast it is hard to let go sometimes. you will get used to the baby sound monitor only. it just takes time. to you both.

MomToJade&Jordan replied: We haven't gotten to this point yet, but I am thinking that by the time DH gets home we are going to have to convert to the toddler bed. Kirstenmumof3 replied: Wow I didn't realize Ahsley was getting so tall. Poor Claudia is never going to outgrow her crib! So are you getting a regular size bed? They have railings that you can put across the bed. They tuck under the mattress, I used this with my older children! Good Luck and let us know how it goes!

juliajaj replied: Good luck. I'd like to hear your helpful hints. We're getting ready to transition Olivia to a twin bed within the next month. We bought her new bedroom set, but it won't be in for another 6 weeks. In the meantime, the ped. said it's OK to transition her to a mattress on the floor, the later we can put the mattress on the bed with guardrails. DH & I are nervous about the transition, but want to get it done in plenty of time before the new baby comes (July 9).

5littleladies replied: Aww it is hard hard to let them grow up but I bet Ashley will love it!! We converted Brianna's crib to a toddler bed a few weeks ago and she is doing great. (I end up getting up a bit earlier than I like to since she can now come in and wake me up but oh well )

coasterqueen replied: Aww Dee Dee, good luck. She WILL do just fine Can you put a web cam in her room so you can still look at her?? DH was going to do this for me when we put Kylie in her big bed. I'm still co-sleeping with her, but she does spend a few hours sleeping in there by herself.

Course DH never put one in there, lol.
