Thought provoking questions??

And do other people percieve you to be a leader or a follower?
I will answer for myself in a bit.
momofone replied: I'm a follower. I'm pretty passive around people.
HuskerMom replied: Depends on who I'm around. If I'm around people I know then I'm more of a leader, if not then I'm more of a follower.
redchief replied: Guess.
Insanemomof3 replied: I think I tend to be both...just depends on the situation and who I am around.
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Neither really. I've never been one to lead the pack. I used to be an event planner, so I can definitely take the lead when needed and I can get the job done, but I do it myself typically. Delegating is not my fortay (sp?). But as far as following, I wouldn't describe myself as that either. My dad said the other day "Rae has always been the rebel of the family". It shocked me to hear him say that, but I knew what he meant. I stand up for what I believe in. I try new things not because others tell me too. In my moms club, there is quite the "clique" and I am DEFINITELY not in that clique. I prefer it that way although it does hurt sometimes. So how would you describe someone in the middle - I would like to describe myself as balanced.
BAC'sMom replied: Umm....let me think
luvbug00 replied: both. it depends on what i'm leading or following. I lead the familiar and follow the unknown.
lovemy2 replied: A leader for the most part but not a pushy leader more a gentle persuader
gr33n3y3z replied: Are you a leader or a follower? Leader
And do other people percieve you to be a leader or a follower? I dont care how ppl. percieve me
TANNER'S MOM replied: I think I am a leader.. going with the flow..especially if it's not not flow is not something I like.
I think I might be percieved as a follower to some. Only because I try to be a friendly leader. And sometimes it's my way and you don't even know it..lol Ash Dh he thinks it's his GREAT idea..but led him there in the first place.
luvmykids replied: Thats the preferred MO around here we call it going in the back door.
I'm both I guess, I have the sense to follow when I see a good leader. But I don't follow just to let someone else lead, I lead when I need to.
Crystalina replied: I can be both. I'm more of a leader. I don't wait to see what others will do before I do what I want to do. Now in more intimate settings I don't want to be seen as pushy or bossy or not "caring" so I will sit back and see what will happen. I can be the leader or I can follow the leader but I really only follow if it's something I would do myself anyway. Does that make sense?
punkeemunkee'smom replied: I am a leader usually. I can just sit back if need be but I also think I am generally looked to IRL as the one in my group that will take the reins....So I guess that answers how I am percieved too
Hillbilly Housewife replied: I'm pretty content to let things be, so I' guess I'm more of a follower in that sense... but when I need to step up, I have no problem doing so.
Like Lisa, I really don't care how others perceive me... I do what I need to do and that's it.
redplaydoh replied: I'm a follower 99% of the time. Unless it is some type of medical emergency then I can be a definate, demanding leader.
DH is definately a 99% leader until it comes to an injury etc then he shuts down and that's when my 1% can take over.
When Lucas fell and broke his collarbone, fell again and needed stitches in his chin... When Bryan was so sick I said he needed to be in a hospital and recently when he drank that cutting oil... DH was frantic and I was as calm and had such clarity on what needed done he couldn't believe how "together" I was and didn't panic.
Cece00 replied: I am almost NEVER a follower.
