Those with toddlers that are turning 2, - or just turned 2 years old
MommyToAshley wrote: Don't you think that 2 sounds so old!!??!! Before 2, the age is usually stated in months and they still seem like babies... 8 months, 12 months, 17 months, etc. ... but 2 years old just sounds so old!
It just doesn't seem possible to me that Ashley is going to be 2 years old in a few weeks. It's official, my baby is growing up!
amynicole21 replied: I know! 2 sounds officially like toddler-dom!
maliksmommy replied: I totally agree. I love saying he's one because it still sounds like my baby. But 2 just seems like my little man He's still got his baby fat though
MomToMany replied: Yes, 2 does sound old. But my oldest is 11, and that sounds really old to me....
Kirstenmumof3 replied: Yes Claudia seems so little to be turning 2. My baby is growing up!
Kaitlin'smom replied: well I am a couple months behind you all but the way things are moving Kaitlin will be 2 before I know it, course I feel like christmas is creeping up on me and her birthday is 3 days after.
yes 2 sounds old where did the time go.......as much as I do love this age with her I also miss my baby and just being able to hold her while she sleeps on me
kel replied: kira's turning 2 in early jan. it doesnt bother me really...i think it will when i have another baby, because that will be my last one. i guess the second child will be "babied"..
ediep replied: yues, I can't believe that Jason is turing 2 in less than a month. He still seems too little!
jcc64 replied: While I feel a little wistful about the end of her babyhood, I'm glad to stop counting her age in months. I kept losing track, and whenever anyone would ask me how old she was, and I'd have to stop and think, I felt like a total space case (which of course I am). 2 is a whole lot easier.

Josie83 replied: Cassie is nearly two and a half, and to think she's three next year is really scary! I remember Jason and I having prctically this exact conversation when it was near Cassie's second birthday. I agree with some of the others, though, it is easier to say two than 33 months or whatever, I always lost track as well! Just wait till they all start nursery . . . xx
MomToJade&Jordan replied: It does sound old to me, but you know I am looking foward to it. I am so curious to see who my little girl is going to become. She seems to do something new everyday and it just amazes me. I think I will be a little emotional, but That is natural.
Heather replied: I was just laying in bed with Alison last night thinking the same thing. It does seem so old. Time is just flying too quickly!
