This is how court went

lisar replied: My lawyer is asking for lawyer fees. And CSE (child support enforecment) told me that I would need a private attorney for this matter because he is the one that started it. And that they would have sided with him. And for me to fight it I would have to have a private attorney. He was trying to get his amount he pays lowered. However ever since I started fighting it he has been paying more than the court order. Ofcourse he didnt pay crap before hand. The last 2 years he hasnt paid but a handful of times and now all of sudded that I am taking him to court he can pay more than the court order. Makes sense uhhh. Anyways, we will be going back to court, to settle the amount, the non payment, and all that other crap that goes along with it in a month or 2.

We wait.... I will go to court again in about a month or two. With my lawyer and HIS. And him........ And hopefully get a raise in support. I am not sure what all will happen. Honeslty I dont care anymore. I can raise her without his money,

I know. I have a friend who was going through the same thing. She had countered with a request to raise his support (which I think Lisa mentioned doing too in an ealier post) He did not show so they dismissed his case and gave her more support and him less visitation. Her lawyer said that was status quo for a no show....I think it stinks that she has to go back and pay for more attny fees because he did not show up!
