They will be Here Tomorrow

Spencer will be discharged tomorrow and on Saturday Claudia will start some medication to help her bone marrow produce more white blood cells. Monday Claudia will be admitted and peripherial (sp?) line will be put into her. Then if all goes well, we should all be able to fly home on Thursday. Then Spencer and I will return before the transplant to start chemo and radiation therapy! I can't wait to see everyone! We plan to take the kids to the CN tower and to the ROM before Claudia is admitted. And of course Emily wants to go to the Eatons Centre to see what exactly we've been talking about. Our social worker is going to make the arrangements for accomidations for us, since we are unable to get into Ronald McDonald House right now.

But I suppose you are calling on some inner strenght. I pray that you continue to have that strenght. Please continue to take care of yourself as you go through this trial.

I am glad you will be able to spend some time together as a family before the procedure. Claudia and Spencer are both so brave. And, you too! I often think of Spencer and Claudia and all that you have been through. I know in my heart everything will be fine.
