lisar replied: Thanks everyone. I have now scheduled the enginner inspection and the home inspection is scheduled for Monday the WDO is Monday also. I have mailed off the $300.00 binder fee and I have also mailed out the $400.00 to the mortgage company. And the appraisal was done today. So now everything is in order. bigtup.gif
