They dropped charges - Against Jon Karr......

holley79 replied: Here at work we never thought he was guilty of her murder but he is guilty of plenty of other things. One of the Detectives said he probably ran out of money and needed a way back to the states. I just can't believe he would own up to something of that magnitude and not be the one to do it. That's just sick.

I thought they had him on other charges also, but he was sent back here only to face the charges of bolder, now that they have fallen thru isnt he wanted on other things?

Boys r us replied: So sick!! you know..I was REALLY hoping that they would be able to close this case and give that poor family some peace..but I DO hope that they send him striaght back to Thailand to face the charges and PUNISHMENT waiting on him there...after all, whatever the charges there, the punishment will no doubt be more severe than punishment for almost anything here in the US!

I also don't think the parents did it. If they did, why was the DNA on her underpants from neither of them? And why was the DNA from under JonBenet's fingernails from neither of them? But, I do think they may have known something about it.

However, only a few people know. Whoever committed the crime, and JonBenet.
