I see the answers and I want to say, okay..who answered "YES" let's talk about this ..ha!

Everyday I find myself wanting to be a counselor!!! LOL

PrairieMom replied: I just thought it would be something interesting, possibly to spark conversation, where you can see that you are not the only person going through what ever it is you are going through. And since its anonymous, you can answer truthfully with out feeling like you have to explain your self or be judged in anyway.

Like today for example, I am amazed to see that a full 1/4, ONE FOURTH! of us feel like we are failing at the most important job there is! Yesterday I felt like I was, and know what? I am not alone!

I actually thought people were annoyed by the polls since noone was talking about them.

Its so sad to see that number bc no one can fail as a parent you only learn as you go along.
If you give you children love,food,health care and a roof of any kind over their heads you have not failed in anyway.

There are really no rules, since its just something that i made up. I don't really know how a discussion would go tho, with the anonymity thing... but look... we are discussing it here !

Although I do find it sad that so many on here feel as if they're failing as a parent. If that were so, they wouldn't be here learning from one another, and asking questions. Hugs to those that feel this way

If you look at the ratios of the two polls about cheating and not picking the same spouse, do you really think those would spark conversation? Maybe among the majority, but I have a feeling those in the minority might not.

Boys r us replied: Well, I think that we should keep the two seperate. I like that the poll itself is locked..if someone wants to spark a convo about it I like the idea of it being seperate from the poll itself. This was a really great idea Tara!
