There is something really wrong with this! - About the concert...

I'm sorry, but this is bugging me! And I don't understand their thinking on this. And how that is fair? I guess I can't do anything about it now. All the cheap seats are sold out. And the only thing left is the tickets that are front row, that are 385 dollar a seat! Ya right!

If I were you I'd be on the phone, and I wouldn't accept anything less that being seated where you should or a full refund of your money.

CAMSMOM1 replied: The people I talked on the phone with said, "Well you should've know that before you purchased the tickets, because it was on there." Whatever! So I emailed the customer services. Hopefully they get back to me.

And if they do refund my money, then I would have to bum my sister out. So I can't do that. I'm really stuck, and just venting I guess.

I hope they could at least give me the same price as the others paid for the seats in that section. That's the least they could do, IMO. Hopefully this works out in my favor. It just seems to be my luck lately.

C&K*s Mommie replied: not to sound condescending, but did you double check the quantity of tickets? IDK why you would be paying more for nosebleed seats than other around you, it makes no sense. Is that price equal to, or higher than the floor seats?? I hope that they get back to you soon, and get your questions answered.

My3LilMonkeys replied: I truly hope everything works out for you. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but in my experience when Ticketmaster says no refunds, they mean it. They are not easy people to work with.

I went on Ticketmaster's website and took a look at the concerts for Madonna at that arena. Those prices are outrageous! $350.00 for ONE floor seat! Unfortunatly though, it looks like you paid the price that is listed for the seats you got.

IMO, Madonna is charging WAY too much. I'm sorry you got caught up in it all.

luvbug00 replied: Well here it's a seat filling situation. they didn't sell as much seats as they wanted and so they sell leftovers for cheap. EX. we got fall out boy tickets and ours were like 50 each and leftovers went for like 20. it's seriously messed up..

It sounds like your stuck with them when is the concert?

A week or 2 before the event put them back on e-bay and you should make all your money back plus some more

WHY?!? I don't get it at all!!! You shouldn't be paying THAT much for the same seats! I'd call or something...you need to ask someone about that, that's ridiculous.

luvmykids replied: I'm sorry, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I doubt you'll get anywhere with them, I went on their website just to see if I could figure out how it happened and I think based on the fact that other sections near you sold in the range of 55-165/seat you're going to be stuck ... I don't know where the 55 dollar seats were but from what I can tell most of them around you went for 165 too .... if that makes you feel any better that you aren't the only one who paid that much for those seats!

But I still think you can manage to go and have a great great great time!!!

Yes, I bought them on the Ticketmaster.com website. (Not Ebay) And from what it originally said, it was 165.00-380.00 for floor seats. So that's why I purchased them, thinking I was going to get floor seats, or risers which are next to the stage. But then somehow I got upper level seats?

Now it says upper level seats are 55.00, 95.00 or 165.00!! Confusing as heck if you ask me!

And since the 1st show sold out in 20 min, they opened a SECOND concert, for the following day. I wish I would've known that, I probably would've gotten better seats.

And you're right, tickermaster isn't helpful at all!!! I've tried fighting it, but I'm stuck. They were not clear with the seating. And if you saw the chart, I'm on the highest section, and so the 55.00-95.00 seats must be directly behind me. Where else would they be sitting, they can't go any higher? KWIM?

Sorry, but I hate getting ripped off. So I had to see what you guys thought.

And there are tickets left for the 2nd show, but it's to late for me. I'm stuck, because they said they already printed the tickets, and they are on their
way.

luvmykids replied: I'm sorry about your dealings with Ticketmaster, I thought it was very confusing too when I was trying to figure it out. BUT I still say you can have a great time with your sis and it will be worth it even if it doesn't seem like it now.
