There is no heart beat - loss mentioned...

My mom took me to the doctor and they tried to find a heart beat and they couldn't, but the doctor told me it was most likely nothing to worry about because I was still very early in my pregnancy. They did an ultrasound and he told me I was almost 16 weeks along and not 10.  He then stopped talking all together and started to really concentrate on the screen!  I knew at that point something was very wrong and I just started to cry. Afer some more testing and more people coming in and out of the room. He finally told me that the baby was gone. Guys I am so upset I don't know how to handle it! DH is on his way home and I am scheduled for a D&C on Monday. Sorry if I am gone for a while everyone I am just in so much pain both emotionally and physically right now, DH is just as crushed. And I have know idea how to deal with this or get through the pain.

I am so very very sorry. I had a loss at the exact same stage, and I too had no idea how far along I was. It happened so fast. Many hugs. Take some time to take care of you!
