The party last night

We went out to a really nice restraunt first, the food was great. It was so nice to be able to enjoy a meal with out having to swallow it whole while yelling at ben and trying to feed Alexis. I acutally got to TASTE my food for once. Thats probably why it was so yummy!

The party its self was not so good. The good news is that I fit in just fine with my dress, and even got some compliments on it. By the time we got there everyone else had been drinking for a while, so they were really um, happy already.
The band was HORRIBLE! they played lots of 80's music, which is normally my thing, but they kept changing the words to make the songs relevant to the company, and our town, (good grief) they even did a medley of 80's sitcom theme songs. We stayed a hour or so then ditched out. LOL. The band was so loud that Dh couldn't network with clients anyway.

Here we are on our way out the door!

They had Valet parking, and we drove our Jeep. you could tell that it was one of the worst cars those guys had parked all night. its a 97, has nearly 100000 miles on it, 2 cars seats, kindermusik cd on the radio, and needed a wash. Plus is smells a little like dog and rancid raisins. Dh and I had the giggles about it all night.
