The house is ours

My2Beauties wrote: They did counter us again but only for $500 more than our last offer, so it's still down from what they originally asked. We're gonna accept it. It made the mortgage go up by $1 per month. We want to get the appraisal first before we do the home inspection though, so hoepfully we can get that done fairly quickly. I don't want to dish out another $160 again for something else to go wrong. The appraisal comes out of our closing which the seller is paying so we're gonna get that done first
