The girls at work got me good - practical joke on me
My2Beauties wrote: OK so here's some background. I only go to school twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays. The parking passes are entirely too expensive, they're like $80 to park in the Green Lots (non residents get green passes) and they are usually really far away and I get out of class late at night so I don't want to park far away. Well there is a little parking lot next to the School of Business that I attend and after 5:00 pm you can get in by either paying $2 or swiping a parking pass (any color pass after 5:00). The problem is, it never ever takes cash when you try to put it in, everyone has tried and to no avail! So, I found a way in, I get up close to the person in front of me who has a pass and once the gate comes up I follow them in  ok terrible I know but I can't fathom paying $80 for a pass at this time that I am only using twice a week for 3 months out of the year! It would be different if I attended school everyday! There aren't any cameras around and I've seen other people do it before especially girls because it's close and convenient when you have a night class! I have only told one person here at work how I do it and they get the biggest kick out of it.
So today I get a phone call from Univesity of Louisville, shows up on my Caller ID and everything and here is how the conversation goes:
Lady: Hi this is ??? from UofL
Me: yes
Lady: I am with the surveillance group here at the University parking authority and we have captured you on surveillance camera several times in the past few weeks sneaking into the lot next to the business school
Me: Huh? 
Lady: It looks as if you wait for another car to go through first that has a pass so that you can get through the gate while it's still up
Me: Well when I put cash in to the machine it never works and then I am stuck with a row of cars behind me with no way in or out, so I just follow them in
Lady: Well we need you to come by the parking garage and pay for a parking pass
Me: Ok that's fair (thinking ok so I'm gonna shell out $70 bucks to save my butt  )
Lady: and it's going to cost you $276 for the pass
Me: Do what, the parking passes are no where near that expensive?? 
Lady: Well when you do things like this there are penalties and you have to pay those penalties so that you can graduate, if we don't get this money you can't walk!
Me:   Oh my goodness....get really silent
Lady:   (laughing hysterically at this point) OK I can't go on with this I can't do it anymore, you need to kick Becky, Mary Kay and Wendy's butt (3 ladies here at work), they put me up to this. I am Wendy's friend and she asked me to do this for her as a joke. They wanted me to continue with the joke and let you think it all day and then call you back later however I can't go through with it, I had to tell you! She said they owe you lunch or something for this
Me: Oh my Gosh I am going to kill them, I can't believe this......
so the story goes on and on and me and this lady are laughing hysterically, my tears of fear turned into tears of laughter!
They got me good  so I have to seek revenge now!!! I don't know what to do though! Can you believe they did this to me?
