I so knew the second she said she had to see Denny's hallucination, "Then we can leave here and go have our perfect wedding" after talking about how her feelings for Alex were so different from her feelings for Denny that it was going to end up being their wedding. It just would have been so wrong for Meredith and McDreamy to have Stevens and Karev's perfect wedding!

I hope you all get to watch. I have a feeling next week is going to be a real tear jerker! Especially since it's well known that Heigl is leaving the show. But of course I still wonder if they'll do something crazy like having her live with brain damage so that if in the end she decides to come back she can miraculously be healed.

Or she could always come back as a ghost the next time Meredith tries to commit Hairy Carey...
